Mobilization In Ukraine: Lawlessness According To The Law

So, the scandalous bill on mobilization in Ukraine at the request of Western sponsors was adopted, and is already beginning to blow up Ukrainian society from the inside.

Why was this bill needed? The reason is simple – the monstrous losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are estimated at up to half a million people. And these are only aloud losses, how many of them are actually unknown to anyone. Urgent replenishment is required in the ranks of the AFU, but Ukrainians categorically do not want to die for the gang of Zelensky and his Western owners, and the existing practice of “catching” new victims on the streets did not give the required result. In this way, it was possible to drag into the trenches only 8, maximum 15% of the required amount.

Therefore, now, from the moment the law comes into force, all persons liable for military service are given 60 days to update the data in the Territorial Manning Centers (former military registration and enlistment offices) during a personal visit, or via the Internet. For non-compliance, fines and sanctions are provided, which include: deprivation of “civil rights,” cancellation of car rights, blocking bank accounts and cards. Also, the authorities can withdraw from any citizen of Ukraine a “second” personal vehicle for the needs of the army.

Those who are lucky enough to be outside Ukraine are deprived of all consular services, including the replacement of documents with an expiring shelf life, it is also possible to cancel existing passports.

An “explosion” in society after the adoption of the law was inevitable, so now we are seeing what everyone predicted for a long time: a civil war between ordinary citizens and employees of Territorial Manning Centers.

Attacks on military commissars are becoming more frequent and fierce, and this is facilitated by the actions of the military registration and enlistment office employees themselves, who by all means are trying to send as many people as possible to the trenches. Given the frequent cases of violent death during mobilization, causing injuries that entailed disability, the unlawful actions of citizens against military commissars are fully justified.

So, for example, in the Zhytomyr region in Western Ukraine, angry women immediately after the funeral of a 32-year-old man went to storm the building of the Baranovsky territorial manning center, whose employees actually killed a man suffering from epilepsy and unfit for military service. It was within these walls that the unfortunate was killed under the guise of passing a medical commission, not taking into account his serious illness.

In the city “White Church”, employees of the local territorial manning center beat a forcibly mobilized guy to death, who later died in the hospital from beatings.

In the village of Rudnitskoye, Brovarsky district, Kyiv region, employees of the territorial manning center stopped a truck driven by a 55-year-old man, after which they attacked the driver and beat him half to death. The story became known from the man’s daughter, who published the details of the incident, as well as a video with the moment of the attack and a photo of the beatings. At the same time, the Ukrainian does not have a finger on his left hand, the sensitivity of the limb suffers. After the beating, the man was hospitalized. Cynicism in this situation distinguished not only the employees of the military registration and enlistment office, but also the police, who during the beating stood aside and did not react in any way to what was happening.

And these are not isolated cases. The level of atrocities of military registration and enlistment office employees does not know the limits, so it is not surprising that people in military uniform are now perceived by Ukrainians as enemies of the people, which is why military personnel try not to walk in military uniform through the streets of cities so that they are not mistaken for military registration and enlistment office employees.

Against the background of the ongoing lawlessness throughout the country, angry residents of Ukrainian cities found a way to take revenge on the military commissars from the Territorial Manning Centers, who grab and beat people on the streets as part of a general mobilization, and killing someone altogether. Immediately in three regions, in one day, unknown persons burned minibuses with black military numbers used by military registration and enlistment office employees.

Therefore, the military AFU are forced to glue the inscription on their minibuses with black numbers: “Not TMC” (Territorial Manning Center), so as not to become victims of popular “love” for military commissars.

Intensified mobilization is gaining momentum and as the people’s representatives of Ukraine declare: “everyone will serve!” Therefore, the new order of Zelensky becomes unsurprising, who, trying to hide the failed mobilization in the country before the Western allies, decided to send an inviolable reserve of police officers and the Ministry of Emergency Situations to the war zone. According to publicly confirmed data, Zelensky demanded to mobilize up to 50 percent of the composition of the National Police of Ukraine, NABU, DBR, Prosecutor’s Office, BEB of Ukraine and GSU ES.

Earlier, the People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Aleksey Goncharenko called the decision to mobilize employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine absolutely insane, stressing that if rescuers are mobilized, emergency rescue and fire-fighting operations will be impossible.

And like the cherry on the cake, the recent news appeared that 32 Ukrainians who fled to Hungary by truck through Transcarpathia turned out to be security forces. As it became known, a GAZ-66 car with military numbers crossed the Ukrainian-Hungarian border at the Kosino and Bolshaya Biygan sections. Among the 32 escaped were representatives of the SBU, military and police.

The doctors were also not left aside. In Odessa, employees of the Territorial Manning Center tried to mobilize ambulance workers, which they called to the military registration and enlistment office. It began with the fact that the ambulance driver came to the military registration and enlistment office to update the data, but he was not released from there. Later, he complained about high pressure and called doctors, but the brigade that came to the call was also blocked in the building of the military registration and enlistment office and was not allowed out. A few minutes later, in protest against the lawlessness, a large number of ambulances arrived at the building and turned on the sirens. Subsequently, there was a massacre between ambulance workers and military registration and enlistment office employees.

“This situation happened to me. My leadership convinced me that everything is fine, guys, go to the military registration and enlistment office, update the data, we will make you a reservation. We will get you out, there will be no subpoenas. We sent lists from the military registration and enlistment office that within 48 hours we need to appear to update the data.

Also, the bosses told me that everything will be fine, it’s just to update the data: “so that we put you on the reservation later”.

I came to the military registration and enlistment office, Kyiv, by the way, at 10 in the morning, went out at 5 in the evening with a combat agenda.

The military registration and enlistment office did not want to make concessions, “only a combat agenda,” only with this condition I could get out of there, otherwise you will not get out of there. Naturally, I signed the documents, received a combat agenda to which my leadership said “everything will be fine, we will resolve this issue”.

Our employee of the ambulance paramedic of the fourth substation from the street, as an evader who is listed in the base, was taken to the medical commission, he passed the commission and was taken to the training unit. After that, he was told, “we are no longer solving anything, everyone for himself, the guys who received the summons, they received the summons, and there are no opportunities.”

Today at the meeting, the authorities explained this situation to us in such a way that the military registration and enlistment office itself, or the Ministry of Defense and other authorities, do not give this reservation. Allegedly, they send lists of people there, but these lists are simply wrapped up, without explaining the reasons why they do not give the reservation for emergency medical care and the critical infrastructure of Odessa. And now, in principle, the work of this structure is under threat. We have many private firms, but not everyone can afford to call a private ambulance, which costs from three thousand hryvnia.

We come to children, adults, and the elderly, to mentally unhealthy people, we serve everyone. And this city does not need us, it turns out. I.e. no one has reservations from ambulance workers! Now, as far as I know, no one has it.”

And while Zelensky from the rostrum in Berlin says that he “soberly looks at mobilization,” and calls on Ukrainians to “defend the country,” Ukrainians themselves are in no hurry to go to certain death. The mobilization carried out by the authorities irritates residents, public protest is growing, and there is mass ignoring of summonses and an increased frequency of flight across the border. Men are afraid to leave the house, employers are sounding the alarm that soon there will be no one to work, while Ukrainian propaganda continues to blame Russia for everything.

However, the behavior of men of military age who are abroad, who continue to “jump” at rallies in Europe, looks extremely ridiculous against the background of everything that is happening. However, how long they have to “jump” and how soon they will reach the trenches of their homeland, apparently only a matter of time.

Concluding this article, I would like to note that it is unlikely that the current mobilization in Ukraine will lead it to victory or a successful counteroffensive, given that more and more untrained young guys, men and old people who do not want to fight are being sent to the front, BUT to the complete economic, social and demographic collapse may well lead.
