• Analysis & Intelligence Team (further the A&I Team) is an analytical organization that focuses on issues of international relations, studying armed conflicts and crises. The A&I Team provides military operations analysis, military posture of major world powers, and other important data influencing the growth of tensions between countries and nations.
• All the A&I Team readers and viewers have free access to general information content available on its on-line platforms.
• The A&I Team provides additional services to readers and viewers on a fee basis who are interested in an in-depth analytical content and the development of the organization.
• The A&I Team readers and viewers, who made a payment to the A&I Team of $ 20 or more, hereinafter, are referred to as Users of the A&I Team Information Platforms or Users.
• By making a payment Users agreed to this A&I Team User Agreement and Terms of Service
• Users have the right, within a month (30 calendar days) after the payment has been made, to get the following services and enjoy special terms of interaction with the A&I Team Information Platforms:
• Users are able to receive additional content upon request, including daily and weekly newsletters, and special A&I Team products as they become available;
• Users get the right to receive A&I Team archived materials upon request, including video materials, infographics, exclusive graphic materials, review and analytical articles, researches, essays, collections of the A&I Team published from 2016 to the present, including those materials that are currently not available on the A&I Team Information Platforms;
• Users enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on A&I Team branded items. The discount is provided at the User’s request within 30 days after the last User’s payment. The request for discount is made by sending a letter to the official email address ai000@internet.ru or by means of an accompanying message in the payment system, through which the User’s payment is made.
• Users who made a payment to the A&I Team of $ 50 or more within a month (30 calendar days) after payment have additional privileges to those specified in clause f. :
• They are able to receive all high resolution A&I Team posters upon request;
• They enjoy an exclusive 20% discount on A&I Team branded items. The discount is provided at the User’s request within 30 days after the last User’s payment. The request for discount is made by sending a letter to the official email address ai000@internet.ru or by means of an accompanying message in the payment system, through which the User’s payment is made. Discounts are not cumulative.
• Users who made a payment to the A&I Team of $ 100 or more within a month (30 calendar days) after payment have additional privileges to those specified in clauses f., g. :
• They enjoy exclusive right to receive access to limited A&I Team videos in closed sections of the A&I Team Information Platforms upon request;
• They enjoy an exclusive 40% discount on A&I Team branded items. The discount is provided at the User’s request within 30 days after the last User’s payment. The request for discount is made by sending a letter to the official email address ai000@internet.ru or by means of an accompanying message in the payment system, through which the User’s payment is made. Discounts are not cumulative.
• Users who made a payment to A&I Team of $ 500 or more within a month (30 calendar days) after payment become the A&I Team privileged partners and receive the right to ask the A&I Team for analysis on concerned topics, but without the right to interfere with the A&I Team editorial policy or influence the fundamental principles and approaches of the A&I Team. In addition, a privileged partner enjoys all privileges specified in the clauses f., g., h.
• The A&I Team reserves the right to change these rules at its discretion at any time. The changes are not retroactive.
• All disputes and disagreements between Users and the A&I Team are resolved through negotiations via ai000@internet.ru. If the sides do not come to an agreement, the A&I Team User is refunded the payment for the last period (30 calendar days). The payment is refunded within a 14-day period.
