The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) is only in 300 meters away from the command of the special forces in the Al-Qaboun district east of the Syrian capital of Damascus.
If the SAA captures the remaining buildings between the electricity company east of Al-Qaboun and the command of special forces west of the district, it will completely separate the Tishreen district in the northern part of the pocket from the Al-Qaboun district in the southern part of the pocket.

The SAA claimed that it managed to kill and capture two groups of Ahrar al-Sham and Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) during the clashes yesterday.

The Al-Rahman Corps also targeted a tank and a field arms depot in the outskirts of Al-Qaboun with an ATGM. The tank was destroyed and three Syrian soldiers were killed.
Meanwhile, clashes continued between Jaish al-Islam and the Al-Rahman Corps in the Eastern Ghouta region, where the Al-Rahman Corps supported by the HTS captured the village of Beit Sawa after a heavy fighting led to the killing of dozens of militants from the both sides.
Yesterday, Jaish al-Islam killed a commander of the Al-Rahman Corps “Samer Al-Saleh” after he had surrender to Jaish al-Islam members.
According to local sources, 146 militants have been killed in the ongoing infighting between militant groups in the Eastern Ghouta region. Over 30 of them have been civilians, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).
Rabid terrorist dogs killing each other is always welcome ,especially when one group is sponsored by Saudi Arabia and the other by Turkey, NATO and the US.

The SAA needs to use more geology sensor equipment to map out where ISIS and Al Qaeda have tunnels to destroy them.
This is who the US wanted to rule Syria after deposing al-Assad. It is clear now that you either support Bashar al-Assad or you support the destruction of Syria.
