Members of the US-backed “Syrian Democratic Fores”, mostly consisting of the People’s Protection Units (YPG), have relepped an attack of pro-Turkish militants near the villages of al-Wexaz and Koheyuk, according pro-Kurdish sources.
The Hawar News Agency, based in the YPG-controlled city of al-Hasaka, reported that clashes took place late on Tuesday and SDF fighters were able to kill 16 members of pro-Turkish militant groups and to destroy a vehicle belonging to them.
The destroyed vehicle was likely a Turkish-made ACV-15 amphibious armored combat vehicle. Ankara had supplied a high number of these vehicles to its proxies operating in northern Syria.

Turkey should consider that unlike ISIS, SDF does not remove the warheads from their weapons when they shoot at them.
