52 violations of the ceasefire regime on the part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been registered over the past 24 hours, the DPR defence ministry reported. Kiev’s militia continues to use heavy weapons banned by the Minsk agreements. According to the official information, 1 soldier of DPR Armed Forces was killed. Donetsk, Gorlovka, Yasinovataya [jasino’vataya], have all come under heavy fire of Ukrainian artillery.
In the vicinity of the town of Gorlovka, clashes erupted repeatedly but the pro-Kiev militants didn’t succeeded here and were forced to retreat back with losses. Also, the enemy started with heavy shelling and then attacked positions of DPR Armed Forces around Spartak settlement and Yasinovataya’s check point. There were hard clashes last night. Yesterday’s evening, Kiev forces tried to attack the Donetsk Airport’s ruins but fighters of ‘Somalia’ battalion met them and forced them out with losses. The same situation occurrred near the Peski settlement.
Near Mariinka, Ukrainian militants assaulted the positions which Novorossian warriors took this past summer. The DPR Republic’s Guard holds the line here.
At the Southern part of the contact line, Kiev militants continue to shell settlements. The DPR armed forces neutralize the artillery as far as possible but it’s complicated because of Ukrainian “heroes” firing from residential areas of Kiev-held towns.
There were no clashes, but sporadic firefights along LPR’s section of the contact line.
According to the reports of DPR and LPR military units… since yesterday Novorossian forces have lost 23 injured and 1 armored personnel carrier. Kiev’s side has lost 4 militants killed, 15 injured, 2 armored vehicles and 1 anti-aircraft mount destroyed.
