Two field commanders of Jaish al-Nasr – Rashid al-Haji and Abo al-Zubayr al-Hamwi – have been killed in clashes with pro-government forces in northern Hama.
Jaish al-Nasr is one of the so-called “moderate opposition groups” that united with ISIS-linked Jund al Aqsa in order to conduct military operations against the Syrian army and its allies in the province.
