The Syrian Arab Army repotedly killed a top ISIS [Daesh] commander in the province of Deir Ezzor, Abu Hamza Al-Ansari, in the clashes inside the northwestern districts of the provincial capital on Jan.16.
On Jan.14, Anas Abu Nabbut, commander of Al Nusra (Syrian al Qaeda affilate) was killed in the clashes in Daraa.
These deaths have raised a gale in anti-Assad Social Media accounts. Their followers are blaming the Syrian army which “defending a bloody regime” and killing Syrian “democratic activists”.
