A car bomb targeted the vicinity of a crowded market in the Iraqi town of Tuz Khurmatu killing at least 20 people and wounding 40 others, according to media reports.
The town is located south of the government-held city of Kirkuk. It is one of the disputed areas between the Iraqi Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government.
