Local sources report that some 2,500 elite soldiers from the 4th Armoured Division of the Syrian army are now ready to deploy in Aleppo province from the recently liberated area of Daraya. These troops will likely take part in clashes with the Jaish al-Fatah opration room in southwestern Aleppo.
On August 25, militants started to withdraw from the city of Daraya following the agreement with the Syrian government. The city is transfered to the control of the Syrian army. (Read more here)
