300,000 people in the Syrian province of Daraa received medial aid, relief materials and other aid from July 2 to August 2, Head of Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) Daraa-branch Ahmed al-Masalema told the country’s news agency SANA.
According to al-Masalema, the SARC assisted by the World Food Program delivered 64,000 food baskets and 64,000 flour bags to 26 villages in the province.
According to Mohamed Rami al-Ahmed, chief of the SARC’s emergency teams in Daraa, the SARC established 3 mobile clinics in the liberated villages of Daraa. These clinics provided medical services for more than 1,500 people.
