35 militant squads are ready to side with government forces in a de-escalation zone established in the province of Idlib, the Russian Defense Ministry’s centre for reconciliation of opposing sides in Syria reported on Monday.
“In the eastern de-escalation zone of Idlib, as a result of talks held with leaders of illegal armed formations, 35 terrorist squads have claimed their readiness to side with the government troops,” the center said in a statement.
The statement added that Talbisah, Al-Ghantu and Umm Sharshuhs settlements in the province of Homs joined the ceasefire regime and 600 civilians have returned to the settlements of Jaba and Kafr Antun.

terrorist factions are excluded from the negotiation list like ahrar el cham or al nusra or isis . this are small armed groups that were just against the syrian government , they armed themselfs in the view of the chaos that hit the country , they are just regular people . also it happened before now many are fighting in the saa ranks .

These groups if they are the ones who have been fighting Al Nusra which could be since Al Nusra no longer controls Khan Sheikoun. They could be useful as some have already proven to be a big help so far, never discount those who get tarred by the same brush not all FSA are supported by the West .
