Four Turkish soldiers were wounded in a mortar attack launched by US-backed Kurdish forces on Monday, the Turkish conservative daily “Yenisafak” reported.
“The wounded soldiers, who are specialized sergeants from the Muş 49th Commando Brigade, were taken to the Çobanbey Sıhhi evacuation point on the border,” Yenisafak’s article reads.
According to the report, the incident took place in some area in the countryside of Manbij. The paper does not provide a direct location.
Meanwhile, the Manbij Military Council reported that clashes between the People’s Protection Units (YPG) and the Turkish army took place at the village of Olashli.
So…., what do you guys think? False flag incident to drum up support for a Turkish attack on Manbij, or Turkish troops passively aggressive driving up as close as possible to the Kurdish lines in order to provoke a Kurdish response, then feign innocence to drum up support for a Turkish attack on Manbij?
Not possible for ISUS to take Mosul or steal Iraqi/Syrian oil,….without drive thru Kurdish take out window.
Who knows what the Chameleon Kurds will do…. Good thing they have no nuclear weapons.
Only 4 t*rkish PIGs?
