On July 23th, US President Donald Trump appeared in front of a doctored Presidential Seal showing golf clubs and a two-headed eagle resembling the Russian coat of arms.
This happened as Trump spoke on stage during the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit in Washington, D.C.
His speech was preceded by a 12-minute video of how he “ascended” to Presidency.
The doctored seal can be seen around the 12-minute mark of the video, as Trump comes out on stage:
The image is the following:
The image almost resembles the official seal of the president; but a closer examination reveals alterations that seem to poke fun at the president’s golfing penchant and takes a stab at his alleged connections to Russia.
The eagle has two heads instead of one — a symbol historically tied to empire and dominance. It closely resembles the bird on the Russian coat of arms, and also appears on the flags of Serbia, Albania and Montenegro. Its left talons, rather than clasping 13 arrows, appear to clutch a set of golf clubs. It has a stack of cash in its left claw.
On the official presidential seal, the eagle’s mouth famously clinches a banner with the U.S. motto “E Pluribus Unum.” It was not clear from photos and video if the words on the parody eagle’s banner were altered as well.
Then, a clearer image showed that the motto was also changed to “45 Es Un Titere,” which means “45 is a puppet.” It’s in Spanish, not Latin.
It doesn’t take much of an explanation or searching of what exactly it refers to – Donald Trump is the 45th president of the United States.
Larger scale version of the 'Presidential Seal' Trump had up behind him at the Turning Point event.
“E Pluribus Unum" has been replaced by “45 es un titere,” which is Spanish for “45 is a puppet.”

CNN cited a TPUSA spokesperson who said that there was no “malicious intent.”
“We’re sorry for the mix-up and meant no disrespect to the White House or the President or the advance team,” the TPUSA source said.
The individual responsible, a member of TPUSA’s AV team, was let go in the wake of the incident.
According to a source familiar with the event, the incident was just a terrible Google search mistake.
“One of our video team members did a Google Image search for a high-res png (file) presidential seal,” a source familiar with the incident said, adding that the individual “did the search and with the pressure of the event, didn’t notice that it is a doctored seal.”
Or was it truly a “Google Search” mistake? Since as we know Google appears to be taking action against a “Trump 2020” situation.
A White House spokesperson told The Washington Post they had not seen the seal before it appeared on screen, and referred questions about the incident to Turning Point.
“It was a last-minute A/V mistake — and I can’t figure out where the breakdown was – but it was a last minute throw up and that’s all it was,” he said. “I can’t figure out who did it yet,” an anonymous source told the Washington Post.
Naturally, critics on Twitter immediately said that it was fitting as Trump was speaking to a group of “brainwashed right-wing kids.”

Richard Painter, who served as the chief White House ethics lawyer for President George W. Bush from 2005 to 2007, said the president’s staff should typically have advanced knowledge and command over images and video displayed at events where the president appears.
“You should have control over what the private group is doing, what they’re putting on the screen and anything else,” said Painter, now a law professor at the University of Minnesota. “To let someone project something on the screen that isn’t controlled by the White House is pretty stupid.”
Separately, bringing the important things into focus, the Mad Dog Political Action Committee taking a stab at Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
The “stab” is a billboard, that reads “Putin’s Mitch” along route l-65 in Hart County, Kentucky.
“That’s what our campaign is about, it’s about putting up billboards that bring awareness to some of these issues directly to the people of Kentucky,” said Claude Taylor, chairman of Mad Dog PAC.
Mad Dog is trying to raise attention to a company owned-in-part by sanctioned Russian oligarch, Oleg Deripaska, who is investing millions of dollars into Braidy Industries, an aluminum manufacturer in Ashland, Ky. Allegedly Deripaska is slated as having “close ties” to Russian President Vladimir Putin, mostly according to MSM.
