A high number of ISIS militants surrendered themselves to Kurdish Peshmerga forces during the Iraqi military operation in the Tal Afar area.
ISIS members run away from the Iraqi Army and the Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) and entered the Peshmerga-held area north of Tal Afar where they surrendered themselves to Kurdish fighters. Others that were trying to escape towards Syria via the Peshmerga-held area were eliminated.
According to Kurdish sources, 170 ISIS militants were killed and 450 ISIS militants surrendered.

Some never pay attention to the shell game and what happens to them, they will definitely turn up in Syria under the FSA or Kurdish banner this is what they have been doing a long time the US ,just shifting their pawns around.
I guess these would be Turkmen ISIS, not really dedicated to their mission after the paychecks stopped. And they all fled north to get away from the Iraqi army and the PMU. Perhaps Turkey will make an offer to the Peshmerga for them?
They are Turkmen since they fought against ISIS in the region and are Turkic. They are a minority in the region of Nineveh and will likely be forced to fight Kurdish wars. Turkmen are found in central and east Asia and Russia also Ukraine , they speak Turkic but similar like the Dutch to the German language as Ukraine To Russian.
Lets clarify again not even remotely ISIS members they are plain and simple farmers, shepherds not even remotely connected to ISIS. This was a propaganda stunt by the US and Peshmerga rounding up local people since there were not even as many as 300 ISIS members in the region most fled before.
You should know better not to fall for propaganda, photos can tell a thousand stories but are any of them real, can’t know that until you really look at them.
I stated I did not believe the numbers. But no doubt some local “ISIS” did try to flee to the north. It’s good to see the Tel Afar pocket fall quickly. Hope to see the Iraqi forces move on Al Qaim soon. :)
They did say some 180 and did escape towards Syria before they attacked, and ISIS members killed in Tel Afar were about 120 those by the PMU and Iraqi army count. There were reports in the Nineveh valley that said a further 150 were killed going towards Syria.Making these just rounded up citizens in the region as they are likely prisoners for the US backed Sunni ERD teams to torture.
So do you believe that every helo that flies into ISIS area is to support them, and not special ops to degrade Daesh? Perhaps you are the victim of endless propaganda, not me. :/

But Langley has pretty thorough air defense capabilities. After transitioning from helicopter passenger to unidentified, hostile free-falling bearded objects, the unfortunate head-choppers would be shredded by Phalanx CIWS 20mm gattling guns. Nobody is allowed on the CIA campus without prior approval – they’re very strict about that.
Langley has Phalanx hidden everywhere. Once, I saw a couple of guys loading chained 20mm solid tungsten penetrators into a suspicious-looking mail box, and they did not look like US Post Office employees.
