On August 8, the authorities in the Zaporozhye region, which is partially controlled by Russian forces, officially confirmed their intention to hold a referendum. After a vote, the head of the Zaporozhye region Yevgeny Balitsky signed an order on holding a referendum on joining Russia.
The Russian military are currently in control of the Kherson region and part of the Zeporozhye region, including the cities of Melitopol and Energodar. Civil-military administrations were created in these regions. They both declared their intentions to join Russia and are currently preparing to hold referendums.
According to the Deputy Head of the civil-military administration of the Kherson region, referendums in both territories can take place on the same day and are scheduled for the first half of September.
In turn, the Kiev regime considers the lost territories as temporarily occupied areas. President Vladimir Zelensky warned that if referendums are held in the southern regions, Russia will lose “any possibility of negotiations” with Ukraine. The Kremlin responded, claiming that Zelensky had the “wrong address.” The referendums are held by the residents of these regions and not by Moscow. Kremlin spokesman advised the President of Ukraine to turn to his citizens and ask why there are so many of them who do not want to live in his country.

I am using a PC thoughtful and Linux the problem is Recapcha using backdoors it can be reprogrammed to block/hamper anybody using your IP as a start -I cannot post unless I turn -OFF my blockers because Google cant track me and therefore wont recognise me and treat me like a bot so I must allow myself to be tracked and recognised.
On another pro Russian website WITHOUT Recaptcha but the same signing in I can post with no problem–its recaptcha that is controlled by the west.
I’m in the US, and it’s censoring me. So it isn’t just location. For me, most comments go through, but some don’t, even during the same session. It’s the content they’re targeting.
Yea, captcha is controlled by the ameriscum JUSA agencies. Using Thor isn’t a safe solution anymore.
I use a PC running Linux with Firefox and I have the reCaptcha censorship problem. My censored comments have been subtle, with no obvious reason for being censored.
It’s interesting you’re having the same problem. At least three of my comments have been blocked by Captcha lately. What I can’t figure out is, the blocking is instantaneous. No human moderator could read them that fast. So it has to be AI. But my censored comments were making subtle points. They contained no obvious trigger words. Removing this or that word didn’t help, like it does on Disqus. Any ideas?

Not yet, this is a vote of representatives of all municipalities or even representatives of local governments, considering the number of voters, on organizing a referendum on secession from Ukraine, not on joining Russia. A second referendum will probably be called for joining Russia.
I guess there will be just one referendum, but with 2 questions as it was in Crimea in 2014:
1.Secession (declaring sovereignty, because Crimea was autonomous region before) — yes/no. 2.Join to Russia — yes/no.
But there could be just one question, the second. The problem is that the main city of the region is not liberated yet. Too bad there was no second line in referendums in LDPR.

This is what the Western countries need to hear and understand that many Russian speaking people in Eastern and southern Ukraine would in an instant given the opportunity to vote at a referendum that they would without any doubt vote to rejoin the Russian federation.
