Radical militants shelled the al-Zarah power plant in the northern Hama countryside on November 25, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).
“Two artillery rounds were fired by the terrorist groups, the first one landed in a depot and the second on an asphalt road inside the plant, which caused material loses in the depot,” Ali Hifa the director of the al-Zarah power plant told the SANA’s reporter in Hama.
The al-Zarah power plant is one of the key civilian infrastructure objects in central Syria. The plant provides both government and opposition-held areas in the region with electricity.
In response to this new violation of the Russian-Turkish deconfliction agreement, the SAA artillery shelled several positions of the militants in the towns of al-Zakah, Latmin, al-Janabirah and Kafr Zita in the northern Hama countries.
The attack on the al-Zarah power plant comes only hours after a chemical attack on the city of Aleppo, which left more than 100 civilians, including children, intoxicated. Both attacks show that the remaining militants in northern are only getting more aggressive.
So much for the Russia-Turkey De-escelation zone.

What’s going on, why hasn’t the rebel group that’s supposed to have launched the CW attack been named, do they belong to the FSA,NLF or HTS, the difference is important, AND THEY SHOULD ALREADY KNOW, at least hazard a few well informed guesses. Erdogan is in the process of separating his forces from the Saudi HTS forces, he’s trying to move them east and north out of harms way, the media make us think he’s just moving troops east to confront the Kurds, but that’s either a lie or or the media is too stupid to realize the truth yet. Erdogan’s going to abandon southern and eastern idlib very soon, he’s going to leave to Saudi HTS fighters to the mercy of the SAA and Russia, who will promptly exterminate them to the last man after the Turks are gone. I think HTS has also realized what Erdogan is actually doing, and are now trying to do something to stop it, like starting a war with the SAA before the Turks have pulled all their forces out.
