Late on January 29, air raid sirens sounded in western Tehran alarming city residents. The incident, according to an Iranian official quoted by the semi-official Tasnim news agency, took palce because of a technical mishap and there were no security threats.
The Al Arabiya news outlet claimed that the alarm appeared to be connected to a Turkish airlines flight in the area and poor weather conditions

There were no reports of injuries or damage. However, local sources reported power outages and problems with the Internet connection in the area and disruptions to passenger flights.
As of January 30, several websites of Iranian government bodies, including police, appeared to be a target of a cyber attack and were offline for some time, local sources report.
Local sources speculate that the entire incident may have become a result of the large-scale cyber attack on the Iranian infrastructure.
Frankly, before the three anti-Iran moronic trolls come out, this was just a power outage and automatic emergency response of the modern civil defence systems that triggers in case of anything unusual.
