Russia believes that there is a lack of facts in the report on the investigation into the use of chemical weapons in Syria, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said during a press conference in Moscow on October 27.
Zakharova said that the al-Nusra Front (or Jabhat al-Nusra, al-Qaeda in Syria) terrorist group and its foreign sponsors are behind thse “provocations”, involving the use of chemical weapons.
SF recalls that the United States announced earlier in October that it will not fight al-Nusra Front in Syria because it’s not the aim of the US-led coalition.
