On June 7, the al-Qaeda-affiliated wa-Harid al-Mu’minin operations room deployed reinforcements in the al-Zawiya Mount in southern Idlib, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).
The UK-based monitoring group said the reinforcements included logistic and military equipment as well as dozens of militants. Ansar al-Tawhid, a key member of the operations room, released photos showing some of its militants heading to the al-Zawiya Mount.

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) amassed a large strike force in southern Idlib in the last few weeks. Several reports claim that the army and its allies are now preparing to launch a large military operation to open the Lattakia-Aleppo highway, known as the M4.
Turkish-backed militants, who declared the al-Zawiya Mount a military zone, are collaborating with al-Qaeda-affiliated groups to repel any attack by the SAA. The Turkish military also deployed reinforcements in the region.
Such an attack by the SAA and is allies could lead a serious confrontation not only with al-Qaeda groups, but also with the Turkish military.

The struggle is between Russia and Turkey (possibly supported by NATO) I don’t think that Israel has much to do in Idlib.

Idlib is a different story, don’t overestimate Israel
Israel is a failed state that thrives on opportunism that divides and weakens its enemies, but its tenure in the region is doubtful.
Syrian Observatory for Human Rights now probably will descend onto Syria with its full force of the one pudgy little wretch, who is representing the entirety of SOHR[ry] arse.
