Azerbaijan claimed to take control over the new areas in the Nort-East and South of the Nagorno-Karabakh. Armenia denies the loss of territories. According to several sources, the local citizens also claim that the areas were not captured by Azerbaijani forces. No evidence of recent Azerbaijani statements has yet been presented.
- According to the Azerbaijani MoD, the villages of Talysh and Mataghis were captured from Armenian forces;
- According to Azerbaijani MoD, the villages of Ashagi Abdulrahmanli, Mehdili, Chakhirli, Ashagi Maralyan, Sheybey, Kuyjagh were captured from the Armenian forces;
- Azerbaijani artillery shelled Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh;
- Armenian artillery shelled the town of Ganjahin the north of Nagorno-Karabakh.

This is the true picture on the ground. And Armenia has had devastating losses of its armors and artillery. It is just a matter of time before Azeris march toward Stepanakert.
My guess is that, when this is over Pashinyan will resign. Or this will be the event that will end the conflict.
No, Pashinyan’s resign won’t stop the war. Or he would have resigned days ago.
I think Turks would prefer he stays in his office. I watched his interview with al Jazeera. He is not even coherent. I thought he is a younger and more energetic man who likes West more. But he is an old man, and career politician. During the interview, he kept repeating the same line again and again. Wonder how Pashinyan was even elected.

Most of the ATGM missiles can record the hits, like in Syria wars. But I do not see the ATGM hit videos from Armenia. How do all the 2,000 death on Azerbaijan side? All killed by Covid? Or killed by the rocks?
I did not realize Pashinyan is only 47 years old. But he seems does not posses quick whit. He behaves like an old man, thinking slow and talk slow.
Agreed, Nikol Pashinyan is a dim-witted fool that came to power by way of a George Soros funded “revolution”. And Pashinyan’s flirtations with the West (EU and NATO) have seriously undermined the Armenian peoples’ relations with Moscow…thereby weakening both Armenia and Artsakh.

These acts of aggression by Azerbaijan are what the ICC calls the Supreme International Crime. These are war crimes but again the guilty will not be held to account. The rules based order that they now refer to is lawlessness……………We live in lawless times. World War is the only possible outcome.
armenia’s decision to trust the USA and play the double game is now understood to be short sighted. Russia will only intervene if Armenia is directly attacked
A lot of Armenian supporters usually hate to hear bad news. Other than that, soldier’s morale is being maintained by propaganda. So when things occur like this, there is less urgency and determination -a failure to solve it since the problem is not accepted as present. Another thing they do is to rely on false hopes. More than a week and leaders of other countries have not done anything. There is no other that will help them except themselves. Russians, if your not going to help, dont make the extra step of making Armenians think that it was because for such and such reason. That’s kicking someone when he is down. That’s what a bully does. And that’s false posturing in the world stage. We both know that Russia moves based on its interests. They would help their enemy if it furthered their interest and they wouldnt lift a finger for a friend if the drawbacks will outweigh the benefits.
Things are bleak as they can be. So what should be done about it?
Aliyev has to give his people something from his Ill advised invasion of NK. Unfortunately for him, mountain folk are practically impossible to permanently defeat. Local fighters would make any occupation a costly nightmare.
What if they genocide or forcibly move the population? Which in all likelihood will happen.
