After the devastating attack of Russian forces on Ukrainian military and energy facilities in response to the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge and other strategic facilities, Russian cruise missiles and suicide UAVs did not stop to hit targets in almost all regions of the country. Since the early hours in the morning on October 11, Russian forces continue high-precision strikes on the enemy facilities in Ukraine.
If the attack on October 10 was the promised vengeance for terrorist attacks on the Russian territory, the ongoing strikes are already routine for Russian forces. This is a clear sign of another phase of the military conflict. The Russian military has increased pressure on the enemy with modern long-range weapons and are expected to continue.
On October 11, the Ministry of Defense of Russia reported that a massive strikes with high-precision long-range air and sea-based weapons continued to hit the objects of the military administration and the energy system of Ukraine.
“The aim of the strike has been achieved. All designated facilities have been hit,” the military department said in a statement.
The Russian ministry did not officially specify the targets.
Air alert sounded in all regions of Ukraine, including in Kiev. Explosions have been confirmed by local officials in at least 11 regions, which are Lvov, Ivano-Frankovsk, Vinnytsa, Khmelnitsky, Kiev, Rovno, Nikolaev, Odessa, Zaporozhie, Krivoy Rog, Dniepropetrovsk. The cities of Sumy, Lvov, Ternopol, Khmelnitsky remain cut off electricity.
The large fire broke out at the Kievskaya CHPP-6 located on the northeastern outskirts of the capital. It was hit on October 10. Today’s strike in the area are yet to be confirmed.
Among the targets, there was the Ladyzhinskaya CHP located in Vinnytsa. According to the local administration, it was hit with two Geranium-2 UAVs. Damage to the power equipment of the station was confirmed. There are no casualties, the station workers were in shelters, only the necessary personnel continue their work.
In the city of Khmelnitsky, the Shepetovsky railway junction and a military repair plant were destroyed. The railway is of strategic importance for the supplies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the front lines.

Another important railway junction was hit in the town of Pavlograd in the Dnipropetrovsk region. It also plays an important role in supplying the AFU grouping in the Donbass. According to some reports, there was a train with new military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the moment of the attack. As a result, black smoke is raising over the city. According to the local officials, rockets damaged the energy infrastructure in the Pavlograd and Kamensky districts of the region.
