On September 25, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that 34 Russian officers, including the commander of the Black Sea Fleet Viktor Sokolov, were allegedly killed during the attack on the building of the Black Sea Fleet headquarters in the city of Sevastopol. 105 other Russian servicemen and officers were allegedly wounded.
Reports about the huge losses of the Russian military were widely spread in the Ukrainian media, various online sources and Western MSM, like German Bild.
Ukrainian blogger Sharyi has recently provided the updated data on the alleged Russian losses. Citing Ukrainian Special Operations Forces, he claimed that 62 Russian servicemen were killed, including 34 officers.
‘Russians can easily mock and question all future reports by Special Operations Forces (of Ukraine) if they show their commander of the Russian Black Sea Fleet (alive). Will they show him? I think not,’ Sharyi sarcastically commented on the official reports by the Ukrainian military.

On September 26, Commander of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, Viktor Sokolov, alive, attended a meeting of the board of the Russian Defense Ministry, which was held by the head of the department, Sergei Shoigu.
