Units of Ansar Allah have been advancing on positions of Saudi-backed fores in the Yemeni provinces of Marib and al-Jawf. The current goal of the operation is to isolate and besige the city of Marib controlled by Saudi proxies. If the city falls into the hands of Ansar Allah, the defense of Saudi-backed forces in the entire province will collapse.

I am actually looking for a breaking point from the KSA, something dramatic. When they do crack, what will the internal situation be like for them back home in the palace? The KSA does intrigue, not war. But, this thing is hitting them where they live. The war has gone on for far too long, they were not prepared for it, in any way, shape or form. Miscalculation is an understated term here. Strictly from a very dark comical perspective, wouldn’t it be a hoot to actually be able to see footage of the meetings between KSA and Co. counterparts, discussing the course of the war as planned, before the shooting started. I doubt it went anywhere near expectations.
As bad as it would be for the KSA and punks to just pull up stakes, go home and say they were sorry, it would probably work out better than to continue the war. Who knows, somebody else might loose their head over this one too, ala Babylon 5 style.

The Houthis’ military advance in Jawf and daily military victories are exposing the complete bankruptcy of Saudi and Americunt war mongering capabilities and of a much deeper strategic problem. Saudi Arabia entered the Yemen war with a stated delusional objective of defeating the Houthis or Ansarallah, but it did not have a strategy, capability or an exit plan, just Americunt counter-productive advice in targeting civilians and Yemeni infrastructure.
