Armenia Reports Readiness To Strike Targets Inside Azerbaijan In Response To Aggression

On October 13th, Iranian air defense reportedly detected and shot down an Azerbaijan-operated HAROP suicide drone.

The drone is developed and supplied by Israel’s IAI.

The Armenian armed forces also reportedly downed another Azerbaijani Su-25 warplane. No video or photos have been released yet.

The Azerbaijani armed forces attacked military equipment, including tactical ballistic missiles, serving on the territory of the Republic of Armenia, in the border area with Karvachar, only on the assumption that the equipment was ready to strike at peaceful settlements of Azerbaijan.

The Azerbaijan side released a photograph of a destroyed Armenian missile, saying it was being prepared to use against Azerbaijani targets.

“On October 14, at about 01:00, it was recorded that the Armenian side deployed several operational-tactical missile systems with ballistic missiles at the starting position in the border zone with the occupied Kalbajar region of Azerbaijan.
The missile systems deployed in this territory were targeted at the peaceful population and civilian infrastructure in Ganja, Mingachevir, and other cities of Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijan Army has taken preventive actions to ensure against the recurrence of another war crime and to suppress the missile strike similar to the one committed by Armenia in Ganja on October 11.”

Armenia said it would now respond in suit, targeting locations inside Azerbaijan if the need arises.

“From now on, the Armenian armed forces reserve the right to attack any military object or military movement in Azerbaijan. The military-political leadership of Azerbaijan bears full responsibility for the process of changing the logic of the war zone. Fortunately, there were no victims,” Ministry of Defense spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan reported.

In the evening, heavy artillery battles took place in the north-eastern and central directions of Artsakh.

The Azerbaijani side is inflicting active missile and artillery strikes against both combat and allegedly on non-combat targets.

The Armenian side responds to the enemy with return artillery fire.

On the morning of October 14th, Azerbaijan, in the Southern, South-Eastern, North-North-Eastern directions, resumed artillery fire, especially intensively firing in the South-East, North-North-East. The units of the Artsakh defense army are fighting back in all directions of the front line to stop the opponent’s offensive activity,  continuing to fulfill the sacred mission of protecting the borders of the Motherland, the MoD of Artsakh said.

So far, about 673 cluster and percussion bombs of Turkish and Israeli production have already been found in Stepanakert alone, according to the State Emergency Service of the Republic of Artsakh.

There are 25 civilian casualties and over 100 wounded among the civilian population of Artsakh Republic.

“We have more than 5800 damaged objects of both residential, cultural and social significance,” says Mekhak Arzumanyan, representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Artsakh Republic.

Additionally, Armenian media pointed in the direction of Azerbaijani propaganda, and did make some fair points:

“Another point that cannot be ignored. Armenia regularly publishes not just videos “from the fields”, but evidence of the defeat of the opponent’s armored vehicles in battle. For example, today – a grenade launcher was planted on a tank. And if not for the Turkish drones, what would the Azerbaijani Armed Forces publish? And this despite the fact that not only Azeri, but also Turkish journalists were on the front line in the very first hours of the attack on Karabakh, on September 27. Where are they now?

This gives the impression that Azerbaijan’s offensive has been stopped or is close to it. And if it were not for Turkey’s help from the air, there would not have been any success at all.

This, in turn, explains why Azerbaijan suddenly switched to massive shelling of Stepanakert. A direct parallel with Donetsk in 2014-15, when after each failure of the Ukrainian army, shells rained down on the city as revenge.”

In an attempt to throw a wrench in Azerbaijan’s plan, the member of Armenian parliament said that it was necessary to begin the process of recognizing Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) as an independent state.

Armenian MP Mikayel Melkumyan said:

“One of the guarantees of the security of the Armenian people living in Artsakh is the recognition of the independence of the republic. In the coming days, our people, the entire parliament must begin the process of recognizing Artsakh. Now is the right moment. In the coming days, we must definitely make every effort to make this recognition happen”.

If it is recognized by at least one state, it could lead to UN peacekeepers being deployed to enforce peace and separate the forces.

Gary Kasparov put Azerbaijan’s sovereignty in question, which wasn’t any secret, keeping in mind Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s ambitions as the leader of the Turkic world.

“Lenin, who viewed Turkey as the main ally, transferred two territories – Nakhichevan, populated in half by Armenians and Azerbaijanis, and Karabakh, inhabited exclusively by Armenians, to Azerbaijan. In fact, there is one detail that fundamentally separates the problem of Karabakh with Crimea and many other problems. The law of the Soviet Union, which was adopted in 1990, provided for a fairly clear rule for the secession of the union republic, and it was clearly stated that the autonomous republics and national groups of compact residence should vote separately. And in the event of this disintegration, they have the right to their own self-determination. This is a very important point that many people ignore now. Therefore, the question of Azerbaijan’s sovereignty is dubious,” Kasparov observed.

The US also appears to be becoming more vocal towards the Azerbaijan-Armenia war, since it promises to be more severe than initially anticipated, since the ceasefire brokered by Russia has entirely fallen through.

US Presidential Candidate Joe Biden issued a statement on the matter:

Armenia Reports Readiness To Strike Targets Inside Azerbaijan In Response To Aggression

Separately, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo also called on both sides to observe the ceasefire agreement.

“The United States calls on Azerbaijan and Armenia to implement their commitments to a ceasefire as agreed and cease targeting civilian areas, such as Ganja and Stepanakert,” Pompeo said in a tweet. “We deplore the loss of human life and remain committed to a peaceful settlement.”

Pompeo’s tweet followed a statement by the co-chairs of the Minsk Group — Russia, France and the U.S. — who on October 13th called for the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia to meet the full obligations of the cease-fire mediated in Moscow over the weekend “in order to prevent catastrophic consequences for the region.”

The total death toll amid the fighting is believed to be about 600, including military and civilian deaths, The Associated Press reported.

Zionism = EVIL

After 14 days of inconclusive and largely inept handling of the conflict by Azerbaijan, objectively speaking it is quite apparent that this has turned into a stalemate as my earlier update last week predicted.

Jens Holm

The rest of the weapons are Russian from tanks, to artilley and to jets. Why are they not included in Your infection;(

Zionism = EVIL

Iran’s air defense system detected and shot down an #Israeli-made Azerbaijani strike UAV IAI Harop. Iranian drones are far more advanced that this Zionist crap. The warhead is interesting though and will give Iranian engineers good intel for counter-measures.

That is only an old drone sold in the public weapon market. What a big deal?

Jens Holm

99% of ALL WEAPONS are sold by ´te RUSSIAN BOLSHEVISTs.

I heard of a rectal infection that give queer soldiers diharea and headashes, to cry like little girls and to complain to the press: we were not prepared for this :(( our poor poor arse was not prepared for such powerful blows. Get us out of here!

Jens Holm

In this I only take side, whre I see misi¨nformation and about war is usefull or not. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/f6239ff1595e42565666754456b3f2eaef6f37adda6f430dba0345e133af759c.jpg

Adolf is only one af many customers, which freqent this busy docor.

occupybacon

Those queer soldiers pretended they are in Iraq to train others to fight ISIS. And they ran away when they heard explisions, declaring that they were not trained for that shit, ironic, heh?

And then the other queers say Iran should disband their fighters because ISIS was already defeated.

But they need to stay to protect the Syrian oil from ISIS.

Wait, there is more, ISIS is better than Iran, they behead children but they sold cheap oil and fought Assad who didn’t accept neocolonialism.

I guess I’m much worse than Hitler right now :)

Jens Holm

Fatss are the whole cirkus has left and was asked in and for 2 reasons: 1) To keep ISIS down again and 2) to make Iraqian military forced, so they could handle ISIS and for that metter others.

We as Nato fx Denmark are not in the dispute USA – IRAN.

By that we should not be bombarded by ballistics from Iran as well as the Bagdad has promised us, they will or would keep us safe for that job. ………………………………………………….

I Nato was in war with Iran, there would be very good radars a them and we had missiles to defence Our basefacilities.

We also would have many F16s, F18s and F22s as well as bigger ballistics for ground attacks.

Iran shot unarmed helpers for the Bagdad Governess, so of course we went away fast. ………………………………………………………

Our militaries in Iraq are among the best in the whole world and we never send them out as spendables for nothing – accoreding what we think is something or nothing in Our Governess.

And Danes has many active and passive fighting experieneces and knowledge for doing that well, so we do know we send specialists to the jobs.

I know exact what we do in Iraq, because we are open about, what we pay for and its in an open budget as well. That includes where we fight ISIS fx being pinpointers for guided missiles, when the Iraian forces took Al Qaim.

occupybacon

You know exactly what you are doing in Iraq: you are unarmed helpers, women and children crying Iran shot at you :(( and toilets are too small and you have to flush it in parts because your rectum is very high calibre.

Jens Holm

Its as written above.

You seemes to profare, Turks, Kurds, Iranians or ISIS should have Iraq or share.

occupybacon

So wise from the all-knowing civilisator European. You monkey take this, the other monkey take that and I take the oil.

Zionism = EVIL

Iran has built a ring of new BVR-OTH Ghadir radar stations that track even a bird over 1100 kms.

Ghadir, is the latest Iranian over the horizon radar Ghadir is a 360°, 3D-radar, with a ceiling of 300 km, and a maximum range of 1,100 km. It can distinguish between a high and a low tone, corresponding to the sweep rates of 870 and 307 sweeps/sec. sent in two separated bursts and can track small drones.

Unlike other OTHR’s, Ghadir doesn’t use FMCW modulation. Instead, it uses a shaped pulsed system which makes the edges of the signal hard to define. Because of this, the bandwidth of this signal can vary greatly, ranging from around 60 kHz to splattering over 1 MHz, depending on the power of the received signal for the user.

SevenMoons

Go to use it on Israel then…..

It is useless to defend against any Israeli attacks…. Can only be used against some old drones.

Saso Mange

It’s a joke to even mention Israel as Iranian enemy. If Iran desired they could wipe out Israel in 10 minutes by using conventional weaponry. I always laugh my ass off when hear such things as comparisons between Iran and Israel, as if two were comparable lol First thing, Israel is like what, 15km in length on it’s thinnest point, 65% of their tiny territory is Negev desert. It doesn’t take even 10% of Iranian rocket arsenal to destroy it all.

Jens Holm

I know that kind of rings. In the middle something brown is comming out every day added virus and bakterias.

Vox Populi

A stalemate favors the defenders, Hezbollah and Houthis are classic examples.

SevenMoons

Why is that? Artskins are just sitting ducks. They do not know when and where the missiles are coming. And Azeri forces can come at any time. The advantage is at the side of attackers.

Liberal guy

Correct

Rhodium 10

Iran also have shot down 2 Israeli made drones the first days of the war..

Ờ thì tên

z9advice.google.Com

SevenMoons

Completely wrong. This is not a stalemate. For Azeri side, they have no need to rush in in the mountain terrains. The attacks have been methodological. The first phase focuses on air defense, armor, artillery. And second phase is on Artskin soldiers, bunkers, ammunition, supply route etc. Azeri military can send in soldiers at any time and any direction.

There are probably some Turkish military advisors. But I doubt that there are any Israeli advisors involved. Logistically it would be nightmare to have military advisors from two competing countries. This does not make any sense at all.

Iran is like most neighbor countries who are passive. For the HAROP drone, it is never a big deal. If Iran wants to benefit from its technology, then its technology is just laughable. Azerbaijan is still a Muslim country. Israel would be really careful to make sure its military technology not going to the hand of adversaries. There are quite a few advanced attack drones. China has sold a lot of Wing Loong attack drones at very affordable prices. Azerbaijan could have bought some from China. But both Turkey and Israel wanted to make money from Azerbaijan.

It does not matter that OP is against Israel. But the analysis is way off and biased.

The fact is that Artskins occupy 23% of Azeri territory. There has been no progress with 30 years of “peace” negotiation and it does not look like there would be any more progress. This leaves military solution to be the only solution.

This is exactly what former US ambassador to AzerbaijanMatthew Bryza said. Armenians are to be blamed.

Jens Holm

NATO is not involved in this at all. Turks are not there or fx Syria as Nato member at all and Nato only verbally support 20 new countries verbally and as symphaty – as stopper against Russia.

Its building good relations, so fx Armenia and Georgia can have normal relations to all.

Why haven’t Azeris made any successes?

Azeris and Turks wanted to win the war on the cheap with drones and terrorists, but failed.

Indeed, they wanted to Blitzkrieg it

Not credible.

Kenny Jones ™

Bufferzone must stay, if Azeris want to return let them come alone not militarily

occupybacon

Yes, that region should be returned.

Ashok Varma

Yes, a sensible peaceful solution with Russian and Iranian peacekeepers with maybe India and some neutral EU states to monitor. This conflict needs to end.

occupybacon

Agree

BlueHeadLizard

Yes a ceasefire only credible with external peace keeping forces but unlikely to happen as: – too expensive.

– troops needed for other more strategic ‘Lines of Contact’;

Russia – NATO West Europe, India – China.

Kenny Jones ™

Only if Nakhievan returns to Armenia

occupybacon

Since it’s population is 60-40 Azeri to Armenians, Guess a population exchange like in the good old times would work.

BlueHeadLizard

Good point. No one in MSM talks about Azerbaijan occupied Nachivan. Population swap suggested by occupybacon below maybe a face saving opening to a negotiated long lasting respected peace?

Kenny Jones ™

No population swap, just some be transported, Karabakh remains populated, but the surrounding regions can be filled with Azeris, that’s what I meant

occupybacon

Probaby buffer zone will be lost, Armenia doesn’t have the upper hand right now.

Kenny Jones ™

One word: Iran

occupybacon

What’s up with Iran?

Kenny Jones ™

Iran arms embargo ends on October 18, which means new, good and cheap weapons can be sold to Armenia, Azeris won’t get them because they can be used against it when ending up in wrong, jihadi hands

Raptar Driver

He also said That all Serbs are illiterate baby killer’s. Perhaps this man is insane?

Sauron

Not a good idea for Armenia to prolong the LOC considering the quantitative disadvantage.

Zionism = EVIL

That is not a good indicator of success. 500 million Arabs have done fuckall against 6 million Zionists. Armenians have a better trained and motivated military and are using the topography to their advantage. The Azerbaijanis executed this war very poorly.

Sauron

You are welcome to think so. But all the evidence points to the contrary. I don’t know if motivation is measurable, but videos of damage inflicted and territorial changes are measurable. The qualitative advantage also is not on Armenian side. Coming back to the terrain, only in NK Armenia has the majority of high ground, which cannot be said regarding the direct border.

Zionism = EVIL

Considering the 3:1 quantitative advantage the Azerbaijanis had and unlimited Turkish and Zionist support, they have done very poorly against the small NK quasi military of mostly kids. Armenia has yet to deploy its tactical missiles, long range MLRS or airpower. The Azerbaijan military has proved inept in combined arms ops or tactical planning. In mountain terrain you can’t advance by armor as it gets clobbered. They should have used special forces to control roads and passes.

Sauron

And you have information that they are not able to use special forces?

Zionism = EVIL

I am old school intel analyst and have gleaned through over 100 hours of videos, claims and counter claims from both sides and have yet to find any evidence of heliborne or any other form of special forces deployment, which would have been essential for a successful occupation of a land. Nogorno-Karabakh in real terms is a very small piece of land 4,400 sq kms and the inability of the Turks, Azerbaijanis and their Zionistcunt advisors shows sheer ineptitude. In my life time as a young I saw another senseless conflict like this, when the Americunt arseholes prodded the idiot Saddam to invade Iran and then get bogged down and get his stupidarse kicked. Just like the Iranians initially did not mobilize and take intel seriously, the Armenians also had a lapse in intelligence, but have quickly regrouped and got their act together and the longer they hold out, the more difficult for an already tired Azerbaijani army and the headchoppers terrorists to capture NK. At the end of the day, from Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Yemen, Lebanon and so forth, you need motivated and committed infantry to hold ground, drones and airpower looks good on TV news, but in useless in winning wars. Just look at the pathetic record of Saudicunts, Americunts and Ziocunts, they bomb and kill a lot of civilians, but make more determined enemies. This conflict is headed the same way. Stalemate at best and a destabilized region and Azerbaijan.

ΠΑΡΜΕΝΙΩΝ

All these years the Armenians of Artsakh must have mapped the area & have ready firing boards for every square centimeter. this explains such deadly accuracy of their Artillery (there are several videos).

Smedly

They didn’t just map, they are good soldiers! Damn good!

ΠΑΡΜΕΝΙΩΝ

Of course, they are good soldiers, since they were trained by the Greeks… All the highest Armenian soldiers were trained in the Greek military school of Evelpidon.

Saso Mange

That is hardly impactful, both armies are well trained but neither is battle hardened so neither Armenia nor Azerbaijan has any advantage there.

Saso Mange

Nogorno-Karabagh is of such topography that it favors defender, in this case Armenians. It will take a lot of time and a lot of lost troops to make gains in such geographical region. You omit this fact, it’s very interesting to me as you claim that you are old school intel analyst… There are many factors which decide an outcome of war and, BTW Vietnam was the war which has open the way of ”guerilla warfare” to be studied at military academies. Ordinary army, regardless of superiority, is vulnerable to guerilla force everywhere else but in the open battlefield. Best evidenced by American defeat in Vietnam and more modern example is 2006 Israeli-Hezbollah war. Airpower, especially drones will ultimately give one side to get in position of having air superiority which translates in danger to other sides logistics, not to mention other implications. That said, Armenia still has an advantage, terrain wise and if they can hold ground, if they had enough intelligence to build defense network over the last few decades, they might slow down Azeris to the point where war will became unsustainable for Azerbaijan. And that is a big if because Armenians weren’t wise enough to find diplomatic solution in 30 years. By offering corridor to Azeri land on the South East they could possibly gain most of Nogorno-Karabagh in exchange.

Armenia is counting on Russian support too much and Russian position is quite clear, there are disputed territories but Russia will protect Armenian sovereign rights, which Nogorno-Karabagh doesn’t fit into.

Liberal guy

It’s a complete rout for the zio scum out there

Zionism = EVIL

Also a glimpse into Turkish incompetence. They were trying to win this conflict on the cheap with headchoppers and drones. In real world, only well trained and determined boots on the ground matter. The Armenians have blunted the initial assault despite very poor political leadership and they mobilize nationally, they can hold out indefinitely. The Azerbaijanis are already worn out.

SevenMoons

Why you Iranians support those Christian Armenians? You are just so retard.

We’ll see who has worn out.

We’ll see who will last to the end…

afroArmchairG

They dislike what they call “takfiri ” much more than they would Christians. And we all know turkey uses them for imperial adventures , including in n-k. (Threat to Iranian border)

Jihadi Colin

Actually, they’re takfiris. They’re the ones who declare that others are guilty of “takfir” (apostasy). This is actually going directly against Prophet Muhammad, who said that calling someone an apostate is very dangerous because when one does so, “one of them is wrong”.

I’ve been reading Wahhabi literature, and their sliding scale of hatred seems to be, from least to maximum):

1. Kaffirs (the term actually is supposed to be restricted to people who aren’t Muslim, Christian or Jewish – Christians and Jews are “Dhimmis”, or “people of the Book”, who share a belief system with Muslims. But the Wahhabis have reinterpreted the term to mean whatever they want).

2. Munafiqun: people who claim to be Muslim but only in public. They’re secret hypocrites (as per Wahhabi standards, obviously, not human logic).

3. Taghuts: oppressors. Such as people like Assad who, you know, give women freedom and actually don’t oppress non Muslims.

And, most of all:

4. Mushriqun: meaning “apostates”, meaning everyone who’s Muslim but not Wahhabi. Muslim Brotherhood? Mushriq! Secular Sunni, like Saddam or al Sisi? Gawd help us, mushriq! Shia?!? The mushriqest mushriqun of all.

Actually this gets pretty funny when ISIS’ Dabiq magazine announced that the Saudis were mushriqun as well, and so was Ayman al Zawahiri of al Qaeda. Mushriqisation seems to be a fractal process.

afroArmchairG

Holy sh”t there is so much more to this than I thought. Thanks, I thought takfiri was Iranian slang for wahabi but it’s more complexated I see. Thanks…

SevenMoonssucks72BBCs

Because Iranians know in their hearts Armenians are no threats to anyone, but you dirty Turks and your Azeri lapdogs are the real threat. Worst than Saudis.

ΠΑΡΜΕΝΙΩΝ

You saw how important is the training they received from us . We did a good job as military trainers for the Armenians

SevenMoons

What kids you talking about? Do you see the video of 20 men getting killed for not maintaining social distancing? Those are not kids at all.

Armenia knows quite well that if it dare to get involved directly, all their major weapons will get destroyed. Particularly its air defense system. That is a huge disaster for Armenia. That will certainly draw the direct response from Turkey. Its F-16 will be put to use.

Although Armenia has the CSTC. But it won’t cover Armenian aggression. And Turkey is a member of NATO. Armenia dare not to attack Turkey directly.

ΠΑΡΜΕΝΙΩΝ

” They should have used special forces to control roads and passes.”

Their special forces are for … LAUGHTER.

Mr. Saddam

Turkey would simply intervene and attack Armenia directly. After seeing the U.N sanctions against Iran and Isreal levelling Syria? Russia WILL NOT put it on the line against Turkey. The thought (because of their increasing bilateral relations) is HILARIOUS.

SevenMoons

This is just ridiculous.

The war has been in Azeri favor from start to present. Azeri side dictates when and where to attack. It has a bigger and stronger economy. the supply logistics is hugely in favor of Azerbaijan.

Now look at Artskin supply situation. There are only two transit points, the Lachin corridor and the Sotk Pass. The Sotk pass is with the fire zone of Azeri army. There is no air transit into N-K since Azerbaijan+Turkey control the sky. The supply trucks can’t run over the mountain roads. Any of them will be clear drone targets. So Artskins just use up whatever weapons and ammunitions they stored in the tunnels over many years. Some are already expired.

Azerbaijan is most motivated to fight for its own land and for its own country. It is such a wrong statement to say that Turkey pushes Azerbaijan into the war.

The 30-year illegal occupation has to come to an end.

ΠΑΡΜΕΝΙΩΝ

One of the reasons why I keep coming here is all the laughs myself and others get when I show them comments from the resident dumb lying little Pakistani troll.

Keep up the good work! Thanks for all the laughs!

SevenMoons

And if you are this in favor of Iran and against Israel, then why you can’t push the damn’ed Jews out of your Holy Land? And you are here admire those Zionists?

Does not make any sense at all.

ΠΑΡΜΕΝΙΩΝ

” I believe Erdogan pushed a reluctant Aliyev into an ill-planned war with no real exit strategy.”

I agree..and Turkey will pay badly in the end.

Saso Mange

Not all Arabs fought Israel, that for one. 2nd important point, while Arabs had some veteran ww2 Russian tanks Israelis were equipped with better arms and had great support from centers of power, both government and also mafia (from USA, there were regular weekly shipments to colonists). At the time Arab world was Balkanized and raped by Europe and USA to such extent that nomads were made into kings who obeyed their masters (best evidenced in British relationship with Faisal from 1920-1930’s and their turning to Saud’s). So Israeli divine victory is a myth, Palestinian people were disarmed by British mandate and Zionists had built an army which managed to expel Brits, then they started to butcher defenseless Palestinians and also tried to grab more territory over the years. Don’t make shallow claims over such important matter, you sound like Hasbara troll.

Kenny Jones ™

You haven’t seen anything yet, Am hasn’t used a faction of its air force and ballistic missiles yet, while Az has already, they made a mistake by dragging in proper land besides NK region

SevenMoons

It is Mr. Parshinyan’s propaganda again. He is trained as a scholar. That is his job. All he can do is to talk…. And fool his own people.

Shamed to be Armenians. Or Artskins.

SevenMoonssucks72BBCs

This might be the pretext I’ve been speaking about for Armenia proper to involve itself and for recognition of Artsakh. The reason Armenia couldn’t do it before was because it wasn’t allowed as part of the peace process agreed upon. It would have been a betrayal to the mediators and the steps laid out. Now I hope Armenia can become more active and aggressive.

The US, Israel and NATO will support Azerbaijan to recapture the NK as they want to surround Iran and Russia.

Lazy Gamer

It seems no one wants to support Armenia. The lack of action indicates they want the attack to continue. Armenia has to find willing countries that will resupply them equipment.

Zionism = EVIL

Armenia has ample stocks for asymmetrical warfare, but the problem seems to be poor political leadership, their PM is pro-west and is not interested in seeking a national mobilization. Armenians have had a slow conscription recall rate and that has to be addressed if they are to continue this conflict on a defensive basis.

Lazy Gamer

I want to believe that they have a response against drones but the videos say otherwise. They are also handicapped with being defensive and not using all weapons at military targets. More than two weeks have resulted in nothing from the intl. community. Cities are being shelled and bombed.

Zionism = EVIL

As I said initially, don’t expect anything from the “international community” as Ziocunts and the Americunts are backing their “NATO ally Turkey”. Azerbaijan is a gas station for the west and the Zionists as well, and Armenia is poorer and not that important. This conflict has a wider agenda of weakening Russia and Iran and radicalizing the Caucasus and the stakes are high. However, the Turks have proved very incompetent and Russia’s patience may be wearing thin. The next too weeks will see the final direction of this conflict.

Azerbaijan will immediately cut off diplomatic relations with any country that recognizes the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh, Aliyev said.

Lazy Gamer

Kasparov’s argument is workable. But i prefer the argument that the league of nations as well as previous treaties have recognized that NK is contested territory. Besides, Azerbaijan might contest the referendum saying that the people who left should have also voted.

Hundreds of thousands of Azeri were expelled and why not let them return to Nagorno Karabakh for a referendum.

(Li)Armenians have been targeting civilians on purpose in the regions outside the warzone in order to pull Russia into the conflict and to cause tension between Turkey and Russia as well..

But “humanitarian” westerners have been silent about it.. If it was Azerbaijan that did it, it would be all over their news..

(Li)Armenians are sneaky.. They always have been throughout their history.. Real history and archive documents are full of facts and documents regarding (Li)Armenian terror.. That’s why it’s not surprising that they have been targeting civilians during this battle too..

Just like how the Dashnak extremists killed hundreds of thousands of Turks and Muslims from other ethnic groups in Eastern Turkey and Caucasus between 1862-1923.. It is the continuation of their historical fascism and barbarism..

(Li)Armenians can not function without someone holding their leash.. Whoever is strong, (Li)Armenians will become a usefull tool for them..

Just like how they operated under British, French and (mainly) Russian command during the WW1 to carry out their campaign of ethnic cleansing to realize their “Great (Li)Armenia” delusions..

Then they became the tool of Bolsheviks this time after the revolution in Russia and massacred hundreds of thousands of Azerbaijanis in the Caucasus..

Then they became supporters of the Nazis.. They call themselves “Aryan pure” today because Hitler himself declared them as such for their service for the Nazi German war machine..

But (Li)Armenians today are also “wannabe Jews” today, trying to identify their falsified genocide tale with the Holocaust.. You will only face lies and propaganda from an average (Li)Armenian..

But no matter what they do, or how much they cry.. They will lose this time and Azerbaijan will get it’s territory back from the (Li)Armenian invaders..

Another Azeri scum!

No one believes a word coming out of Azersikimistan! No one!

I can compare it to the Israeli – Hezbollah / Hamas conflicts. Whenever we have the upper hand militarily, then they increase the rocket shootings on Israeli civilians. Then, they cry to the world when we target their own populations as a retaliation and kill them alot more. It is exactly what Armenia is doing now, and personally I can not agree to that method. I see the Azeris hitting military targets with drones while Armenia is shooting a ballistic missile on Garja’s civilians. I try not to take sides here, but Armenia’s actions are the same as a terrorist organizations and I can not support them.

Zionism = EVIL

Hush you stupid JewCUNT attention seeking PUNK!

Smedly

Filthy Lying Zionist Scum!

Your new name from now on!

Arman Melkonyan

Pashinyan doesn’t seem to be a righteous man nor a great leader.

But neither is Putin.

Armenia’s one significant value for Russia is the fact that Armenia is a wall between Turkey and Azerbaijan, thus subsequently, Central Asia. The Turks believe that removing this corridor separating them from the other Turkic republics would greatly improve their fortunes. This is actually a groundless and stupid Turkish obsession — what’s going to change in real economic terms if Armenia is overtaken by Turks? — but it’s highly useful to the Russians as a psychological tool with which to manipulate and guide Turkish perception and compliance in accordance with Russian interests.

In short, the Russians think they can induce the Turks to behave more pliantly as long as they hold the prize (kirmizi elma of the east) that the stupid Turk (whom the pure-blood Turkic people of Central Asia do not identify with at all) lusts after.

That’s why Armenia is highly valuable to the Russians for in fact Armenia acts as the proverbial tight leash on which the Russians keep the perfidious genocidal Turk to serve Russian interests.

If the Turks were able to get past their hubris and onerous self-importance, they would see that a direct land connection to Azerbaijan will not bring them much additional economic gains. They’re already pumping Azeri oil to the Turkish Ceyhan port and doing whatever business they can with the Turkic republics of Central Asia.

The irony is, it is only the Turks’ hatred of and obsession with Armenia that’s making Armenia valuable to the Russians.

And whatever help Russia provides to Armenia is motivated by this wrong-headed, cynical and self-interested reason.

Not by the “nostalgic memories” of a fondly remembered common past with the Christian Armenians, the first Christian nation of the world.

After all,

It was the Russians that enabled the Turks to conduct the genocide of the first Christian nation of history, all the way to its cynical conclusion of the creation of a truncated Armenia only for the purposes of keeping the Turkish dog on a tight leash.

In a very real sense, both modern Turkey and Armenia are Russian creations under Bolshevik/Jewish rule and guidance: https://allinnet.info/history/russian-assistance-to-turkey-in-1920-1922/

Abominable, this world is.

SevenMoons

Because Parshinyan serves Greek interest?

Arman Melkonyan

What a stupid thing to say. Pashinyan is similar in temperament and political inclinations to the Greek politicians who sold out Greece to Germany who destroyed us in WWII and now again, having fraudulently acquired many of our ports/infrastructure with the complicity of Jewish bankers like Goldman Sachs.

Saso Mange

How can Armenia claim aggression when it’s Armenia who occupy other nations lands? To be an aggressor you have to invade other’s sovereign territory and Nagorno Karabah is de jure Afghan territory.

Anti_Globalista

As we learned from Kosovo, South Ossetia and Crimea, sovereignty doesn’t mean anything in today’s world. If the people of particular region don’t want to live in the country that rules them, and they have strong support from foreign power, nobody can push them to live in the country they don’t want to live in.

Raptar Driver

That’s where Ethnic cleansing comes in . Just because you live on a certain piece of land does not make it yours.

Saso Mange

There is this ‘little thing’ called international law and treaties. It’s not that old, only with us for around 100 years but since it has saved numerous lives. If you want to go back to mindless cross border raids and pillage then please, strive to abolish civilization in favor of anarchy. It takes relatively short time to change demographics of a region in order to make it to be populated by majority of any desired ethnic group which then can ask for independence and ultimately, to formally join different nation. That can be achieved fastest by war but there are also other means which take decades. Such political behavior has always resulted with wars and decades of hostilities which in turn damage economies, hurt daily lives of ordinary and make miserable existence to be reality in many regions. So you would support such reality in which sovereignty would be pissed on? That’s baseless BS. Kosovo’s Albanian population was terrorized by Serbian politics and security forces since mid 1970’s, also by Yugoslavian police (all documented). It resulted in horrors. It damaged Serbia diplomatically and it has still not recovered. Kosovo had every right to separate because they were forced to fight and ultimately, deserved to go out of a nation which oppressed them. Don’t mix terms.

BlueHeadLizard

Is the US statement a fake? Joe Biden is not Vice President, that is Mike Pence. Joe Biden WAS vice President under Obama and is not a presidential candidate.

Smedly

The one spoiler on the ground is the Armenian soldier. After all the horrid history and all this injustice that the Armenians have endured. To see brave men like this fight is a sight indeed.

Look at the proud, the fearless brave hero of this tinny nation that no one seems to give a damn about about. A tinny nation of 3 million encircled by nations not 10, not 20 but more than 30 times it’s size and GDP to boot. Fighting Turks, Azeri scum, Pakies, Jihadi scum from Syria, soon to be joined by Afghan scum. Bombing of civilians with all manner of weapons, from ballistic missiles to cluster munitions.

Yet they stood their ground, to the shock of many.

Bravo the Armenian soldiers! Bravo, you have stood against the madman that not the US, EU, nor Russia did. His ego got out of hand, now he gets a taste of the might of the humble Armenian soldier!
