At least 18 civilians were killed by Saudi Arabia’s airstrikes across Yemen during the past 24 hours.

Saudi Arabia’s multiple airstrikes across Yemen claimed lives of at least 18 civilians during the past 24 hours.
Khawlan al-Tayyal district in the western Yemeni province of Sana’a was bombarded by Saudi fighter jets on Friday. As result, at least 11 people, including women and children, were killed and a number of others, including two children, were wounded. According to the al-Masirah TV-channel, the victims were travelling in a vehicle, when it came under Saudi airstrikes.
Several airstrikes were also carried out by Saudi warplanes on different localities in the northwestern province of Sa’ada. According to initial reports, at least two people were killed in the district of Ghamar.
At least five other Yemenis lost their lives, when Saudi aircraft pounded Sirwah district in the west-central province of Ma’rib.
Areas in the western provinces of Amran and Hajjah and in the northern province of Jawf were also bombarded by Saudi warplanes. However, there are no immediate reports about the possible casualties.
Meanwhile, the Yemeni Army downed an unmanned aerial vehicle of the Saudi army in Najran province. There are no further reports on the incident or a type of the drone.
On Thursday, a strategic region in Najran was attacked by Yemeni troops, who took control of saudi Arabia’s biggest military base in the southern province and and seized all the arms and weapon systems there, including missiles and tanks.
According to Ali al-Hamzani, a commander of the Yemeni popular forces, the Yemeni forces continued a large-scale offensive in the southern parts of Saudi Arabia, targeting Saudi military camps in region of Jizan. He also added that the Al-Farida military camp in the region was captured by his forces after a fierce battle with Saudi soldiers. In addition, heavy weapons and Abrams tanks that were left behind by the Saudi Army were also seized by Yemeni troops.
On Saturday, Senior Ansarullah Commander Ali al-Hamzani told the Fars news agency that Saudi Arabia has asked for help from Bahrain to fight along the border regions in order to stop the Yemeni revolutionary forces crossing the border into the kingdom.
The saudis are using more and more air strikes because they keep getting their asses handed to them on the ground. The suadi army should just forget it because they ain’t no fighters.
