Azerbaijan has granted Armenia ten additional days to pull its troops out from the district of Kalbajar, also known as Karvachar, in Nagorno-Karabakh, Hikmet Hajiyev, a top aide to Azerbaijani President, announced in a briefing on November 15.

According to the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace deal, that was brokered by Russia on November 9,  Armenian forces should be out of Kalbajar by November 15.

According to Hajiyev, the Armenian side appealed to Azerbaijan through Russia to extend the withdrawal terms by ten days. Baku agreed to the proposal.

“The weather is getting worse, there is only one road in that direction, the Vardenis road, and the capacity of the road is low,” Hajiyev said, “Azerbaijan has agreed to evacuate the civilian population in Kalbajar by November 25. The obligations remain in force, no special statement has been signed on the extension.”

The presidential aide noted that the withdrawal of Armenian forces from Agdam and Lachin was not delayed, and will be in place by November 20.

Ethnic Armenian civilians, who will leave these areas in Nagorno-Karabakh along with military troops, have reportedly begun to burn their houses and belongings.

Meanwhile, more Russian peacekeepers are arriving in Nagorno-Karabakh to monitor the implementation of peace deal.

The Ministry of Defense of Russia announced that two An-124 aircraft carrying peacekeepers had landed in Yerevan on November 15.

“Two An-124 Ruslan aircraft of the Russian military transport aviation brought armored vehicles and personnel of units of the 15th peacekeeping brigade to the Yerevan airport,” the Ministry said in a statement.

The aircraft carried about 30 servicemen, 10 BTR-82A armored personnel carriers as well as logistic means. The troops headed to the Armenian city of Goris near Nagorno-Karabakh.

The terms of the November 9 peace deal seem to be respected. So far, both sides have been fulfilling their commitments as planned while showing flexibility.

Armenians should accept defeat.

Make them

Willing Conscience (The Truths

Isn’t that really nice of them, but where will all the displaced people go when they leave, is the mighty UN cavalry coming to the rescue, it only took them an hour after hostilities started to arrive in Syria and start catering to the displaced peoples needs [and deceptively inflating the refugee numbers], so I would’ve thought they’d have already started preparing for this eventuality and had camps already prepared in Armenia, have they, not yet they haven’t.

Kefir

Now Armenia pay turkey back with arming Kuds.

If they just don’t leave these areas, it is enough to irritate the turks, they can’t do anything now that Russia is there too and has enforced a no fly zone. Every attack will result in more land losses for Azeris This is Putin’s masterplan, he’s playing 4d chess, while nato is playing checkers Now it is postponed to Nov 25, but then what? They’re gonna just stay there till ever https://media0.giphy.com/media/8m2ywIdT8EYAuP8YND/giphy-downsized-medium.gif

Give it up with the 4D chess Jazz. Come back to us when the Armenians are gone, as they will be.

As far as I know, the Kalbajar district will not be patrolled by Russian troops, only the “official” part of NK will be, as you can see in the maps previously provided.

BlueHeadLizard

yes the delay of the transfer of the Kalbajar region already an indication Putin managing this well.

But Putin is only fine tactician; in the masterplan NATO are still winning; Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia all flipped to the West under Putin’s reign. Beliorussia at high risk to flip. Putin then does fine rearguard defensive actions like Crimea bloodless takeover, but he / Russia is still retreating.

The problen with Putin is no one want 1980’s Kruschev style dictators anymore, no one wants 2000 of your own countries journalists lcjked up, killed or disappeared, TV stations closed down even just funny ones, opposition leaders killed, peaceful demonstratiosn busted up with no violent threat, all the wealth of the country going to a handful of my friends oligarchs, cult of the personality I’ll save everything instead of properly functioning corruption free state organs like courts, city offices, etc. Putin had the popularity backing to do all these changes and remaining President, but has squandered that with perputuating a one person leadership structure. when Putin passes away Russia is in trouble from within like the 90’s

another durak…”Putin’s great innovation was that he did not tolerate the power and riches of the oligarchs. he did not like the patrimonial relations created by Yeltsin. he reduced their wealth by half and redistributed it to the people”. Putin is a late and minimalist reactor in any situation. He is always taken by surprise, and reacts late and minimally to create a frozen conflict where NATO proxies can be used to Russia’s detriment. Putin isn’t any genius. He’s just a politician. Compared to Putin, far weaker and more isolated Iran plays its cards much better and keeps its enemies on the defensive.

Islamic Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1923, at least 3.5 million Christian Armenians, Greeks, Assyrians … unable to defend themselves, were rounded up by moslems, then raped and executed.

Omar’s moslem people did something.

Why the hell should civilians leave? There isn’t any condition that civilians must leave.
