The Azerbaijani military has destroyed the fire control radar of an Armenian S-125 “Pechora” short-range air-defense system.
On October 22, the Caliber AZ channel on YouTube shared a video showing a loitering munition targeting the SNR-125 “Low Blow” radar. The targeted system was allegedly located within the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh.
The SNR-125, the heart of the S-125 system, is a 250 kW I/D-band tracking, fire control and guidance radar with a range of 40 to 80 km.
The Armenian Air Defense Force operates a number of S-125 systems, some of which were upgraded to the Pechora-M and 2M standers. The one attacked by the Azerbaijani military appeared to be a basic soviet version. LINK

The S-125 radar was likely struck with an Israeli-made IAI Harop loitering munition, which was equipped with an anti-radar homing system and an optical sensor. Its munition range is up to 1,000 km.
The Azerbaijani military has so far destroyed dozens of Armenian air-defense systems, including radars and launchers of a S-300 system.
Interestingly 2weeks ago an Azeri S-125 successfully defeated Armenian drones. Only proves the fact Armenian leadership is deliberately sabotaging Armenian air defense.

he does make a valid point the S-125 in azzeri use shot down a far smaller drone then the TB2 it just seems the Armenians are bad at air defence (tho they seem to compensate by beeing better infantrymen).
Air defense was taken out by those small drones, making way for TB2 to operate freely. Its the combination of Israeli Turkish strategies. Only possible by Azerbaijan as they operate both technologies.

The whole drone is ramming the target to give speed, and the warhead explodes on impact (for armoured targets), or before impact (for personnel targets. )

the S-125 can shoot down these drones as well littearly a few days ago the azeris shot down a armenian drone in a similar class as this one. Armenians are just bad at airdefense.

Guys these videos and claims must be judged on merit.
1) Far too many of these videos stop well short of a strike distance, no excuse for this as the Israeli drones camera footage is virtually to the point of strike.
2) Azeri forces claimed to have destroyed 250 Armenian tanks already. The problem is according to Global-Fire-Power Armenia only has 110 Tanks and that includes the ones in Armenia proper
They claimed to have destroyed 270 artillary pieces yet even if you include Towed artillary, Self propelled artillary, and rocket launching systems Armenia only has a total of 256 and that includes Armenia proper
Added to this is the Azeri claim of another 150 armoured vehicles These numbers are number that would be expected to come out of the mouth of “Comical Ali” in the days of the Iraq invasion.
3) The Armenians are no better they’ve claimed 130 Drones 16 Helicopters and 17 planes and 430 Azerbajani armoured vehicles

There appears to be several existing solutions to Loitering munition not being considered, 1. camouflaged netting capable of withstanding 30 – 40 kg falling from height and at speed. 2. Slat armour also known bar, cage and standoff armour, effective against RPG/ATGM.
