Despite the “glorious victory” by Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh war, war crimes by its war forces continue happening.
A video was shared in social media on December 7th.
It shows an Azerbaijani soldier behead an older Armenian man as he pleads for his life.
“Allah, please, Allah, please, do not do this,” he pleads in Azerbaijanian.

Additionally, the ombudsmen of Armenia and Artsakh have published a joint report
“Here is our new joint report on “Organized hate speech and animosity towards ethnic Armenians in Azerbaijan as root causes of ethnically-based torture and inhuman treatment by Azerbaijani Armed Forces”.
The report shows Azerbaijani policy of ethnic cleansing and genocide policy through terroristic methods. The report proves that Azerbaijani atrocities, torture and inhuman treatment of this war are results of years of animosity propaganda and organized policy of hatred towards Armenians (Armenophobia).
Hatred towards Armenians is in a closed chain: it is generated by the Azerbaijani authorities, including the high-ranking officials; largely promoted by cultural, sports and other public figures and earn public praise, very often with clear targets towards children.
Azerbaijani soldiers are well aware that torturing Armenians will not only make them unpunished, but they will be praised by the authorities and the public.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan allowed citizens to protest “peacefully and while keeping public order” and still refuses to resign.
Separately, according to Armenian media, there is a shortage of medical personnel in Artsakh, even with the help of the Russian peacekeepers.
Russian specialists are helping to cope with the shortage of medical personnel in Artsakh, said Lieutenant Colonel Yegor Demidovich, head of the Medical Support Center of the Center for Peacekeeping Activities of the Russian Federation.
“Unfortunately, a lot of doctors left here during the hostilities and still not all have returned. At the same time, specialists came from Yerevan, Armenia, operated on. But the hostilities ended – and they left. Therefore, a shortage of personnel now remains – in some regions the most acute, in some – the least”, – he said.
Military doctors, he said, have already received more than 300 residents in 8 settlements of Artsakh.
“Two or three weeks – and 2 hospitals should be restored in NKR,” he noted.
Russian peacekeepers conducted engineering reconnaissance and demining of the southern outskirts of the city of Stepanakert. During the day, more than one hectare of territory, one kilometer of roads were cleared, 2,876 explosive objects were found and destroyed.

In total, engineering units in Nagorno-Karabakh have cleared more than 62 hectares of terrain, more than 21 kilometers of roads, and more than 4,000 explosive objects have been found and neutralized.
Found explosive items, abandoned or non-functioning ammunition are taken to a specially equipped landfill and destroyed. Ammunition that cannot be evacuated is destroyed on the spot with the necessary security measures in place.
Finally, in Azerbaijan, the Turkish armed forces will also participate in the Victory Parade that is to take place in Baku. As such this can be considered as a confirmation that they officially participated in the conflict.
