Fierce positional battles continue in the Kharkiv region. Amid the counter offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) near the capital of the region, Russian forces advance in the areas of Izyum and Liman.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the AFU deploy their forces in the civilian medical facilities. The agency reported that the AFU deployed artillery pieces and equipped an ammunition depot on the territory of the city hospital #8 in Kharkiv. The staff and patients were forced to leave the building under the threat of being shot.
On May 6, mass explosions thundered the northwestern outskirts of Kharkiv. Residents reported shelling on the village of Zhukovsky and the Severnaya Saltovka region of the city.

Near Kharkiv, units of the DPR and LPR and the Russian National Guard withdrew from the town of Russkaya Lozova and neighboring villages. The village of Stary Saltov was occupied by fighters of the nationalist Kraken special unit of the Azov national militia.
The footage shows fighting to the north of Kharkiv.
After the Russian units withdrew from Stary Saltov, the Ukrainian Armed Forces blew up the bridge over the river, the threat of encirclement increased. The Russian units are likely to leave the northern outskirts of Kharkiv.
In order to prevent the Russian Armed Forces from being locked in the cauldron, their military command decided to withdraw Russian units from Tsirkun, Cherkasskiye Tishek, and Lipsy.
Assault units of the AFU entered Lipsy this morning. At that time, the Russian Armed Forces were no longer in the village. The Russian units had withdrawn to the north. The Russian Armed Forces now control a 7-8-kilometer buffer zone to the north of Kharkiv.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces blew up a bridge across the Murom River in the village of Russkiye Tishki near Kharkiv.
In the village of Tsirkuny, Ukrainian units are breaking into basements, checking the phones of locals, looking for agents and Russian collaborators.
In Odnorobivka, members of the Ukrainian Aydar unit prevent locals from leaving the village, using them as a human shield from Russian artillery strikes.

After 8 years – this was the best the US and its allies could do to prepare Ukraine. Despite the urgent (reported) flood of weapons and money into Ukraine now along with remedial training programs – nothing now can be done better or quicker than over the past 8 years – Russia is removing Ukrainian combat capabilities off the battlefield faster than the Ukraine and its allies can replace or regenerate it.
Now the Ukrainian puppet military effort against Russia is being completely controlled by US, UK, NATO and Zionist soldiers directly as the Pentagon spokesman John Kirby gleefully acknowledged and bragged that the provided the intelligence and targeting information that ” is killing Russian generals and sank the Moskva”. This boast is an unabashed admission of a US declaration of war against Russia.
