The historic visit of US President Joe Biden to Kiev which was expected to become an important campaign aimed to improve the Democrats’ position before the presidential election turned into another failure.
Before Biden’s trip to Kiev, the U.S. contacted Russia to rule out miscalculations that could lead to a confrontation between the two nuclear powers, Associated Press wrote on February 20.
While Ukrainian President prohibited any negotiations with Russia until Vladimir Putin is in power, Biden continues to impose conditions for any negotiations with Moscow, showing no willingness to establish any contacts between Russia and the West.
However, as soon as Biden’s own security is in question, he immediately talked to the Russians and even relied on them to assure his pleasant walk in Kiev.
There were no military action by the Russians directed against Kyiv on Monday, but Ukrainians traditionally turned on the sirens, as they always do to “welcome” foreign high-ranked tourists in order to create the necessary image for the MSM.
Biden’s visit to Kiev, which was actually pushed by Victoria Nuland, ended in a PR disaster. Nuland, the main official “responsible for Ukraine”, assured Biden that his trip to Ukraine would be a guaranteed media success, it would show the public a brave US President.
However, the leaked information about the agreement with the Russians ruined her plans. According to some reports, an “anonymous source” came from the office of Jake Sullivan. In his turn, Sullivan doesn’t have good relationship with Nuland and Blinken.

As a result, Sullivan became a scapegoat and was forced to whitewash his President. The White House hours into the trip confirmed that US and Russian officials had communicated just ahead of Biden’s trip in the form of an advanced warning that Biden would enter Ukraine.
“We did notify the Russians that President Biden would be traveling to Kyiv. We did so some hours before his departurefor deconfliction purposes,” White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan told a press briefing.
The US allegedly warned the Russians just a couple of hours before the visit. Sullivan didn’t disclose what the immediate Moscow response was to the notification. In fact, such an agreement was made days before in order to settle all security issues.
Biden during the visit delivered remarks alongside President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at Mariinsky Palace in Kyiv and announced new military aid worth $500 million, according to AP News. The new military aid includes anti-tank missiles, air surveillance radars, howitzers, shells, ammunition, and other support but no new advanced weaponry.
Amid the avalanche of lies, provocations, and uncoordinated attempts by the West to defeat Russia without getting their hands dirty, Washington and its puppets continue to assure the world that Russia has allegedly already lost the war, that its economy is ruined and strangled by sanctions. If so, what was Biden afraid of in the capital of his new colony “Ukraine”? If Washington is afraid of nuclear confrontation, how could Russia lose?
