Peace movement “No to war – no to NATO” has placed a new billboard near the highway between Budva and Tivat. The message “Partnership for uncertain future” is written on the billboard together with collage photo of the Cathedral of Christ’s Resurrection in Podgorica surrounded with heavily armed policemen, fire, stun grenades and tear gas… all of this was seen during the protests on 24th October.
We remind you that special police forces didn’t have any consideration about sacred place such is the Cathedral, so they threw tear gas and stun grenades. These are the NATO standards, rule of the law, people’s rights…?
This example may be the best indicator of a grim future we can expect if Montenegro joins NATO.
