The hijacking of a Mi-8 helicopter belonging to the Russian Air Force has recently gained the headlines in the media. The Kiev regime declared another victory, showing a Russian traitor who refused to fight against the Ukrainians. Pilot Maxim Kuzminov played a central role, ferrying the helicopter from its home airfield in Kursk, Russia, to the Kharkiv region in Ukraine. Yet, what followed was a harrowing sequence of events that has left many perplexed and outraged.
Reports of the helicopter’s hijacking began circulating in early September, although the incident itself is believed to have occurred in early August. The timeline remains a subject of contention, why Kiev was hiding the main person for a month?
Russian authorities have been notably silent on the matter, declining to comment on the situation, while Kiev tried its best to create an image of a brave Russian pilot and his peaceful decision, which turned out to be a cruel mascarade.
The crew of the hijacked Mi-8 included two additional crew members besides Kuzminov. Their fate has remained shrouded in uncertainty, with none of their relatives being informed of their well-being after the hijacked helicopter touched down until the recent days.
The bodies of the two crew members were transferred to Russian and they were recently identified in Rostov-on-Don. However, the condition of the bodies was shocking, bearing signs of torture and mutilation. The navigator’s nose was cut off. Ukrainian militants subjected the Russian pilots to torment before their deaths or even after it.

The fake story of the Kiev regime was ruined by unpleasant details and incompetence of Ukrainian officials themselves. Even a month after the incident, they failed to create a plausible story. A fairytale about a peace-loving pilot who bravely flew to “good people in Ukraine” could not stand the slightest criticism.
Kiev first reported that one pilot was lost and was welcomed on the Ukrainian territory. However, such a lie could not convince ethe public.
Military intelligence had convinced Kuzminov to hijack the helicopter. It was revealed that Ukrainian intelligence paid the pilot 500 thousand dollars for the stolen Mi-8 helicopter. Kuzminov has long been in touch with the Ukrainian services and had been planning the operation for months.
The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine Kirill Budanov attempted to gain some glory and immediately declared that they were forced to get rid of the other two crew members “as they did not know about the theft of the Mi-8 and resisted.”
The Kiev’s media attempted to hide the truth and organized a large press conference, when Kuzminov lied even more:
I had two crew members with me, we had no weapons with us: our pilots fly without weapons. And no one was able to put up any resistance to me – due to the fact that the navigator does not have the skills to pilot a helicopter. I calmed the guys down: I said that everything was fine, good people live here, everything would be fine, but they were scared, behave aggressively, ran out of the helicopter, towards the border. Their further fate is unknown to me, – Kuzminov declared.
Of course, Kuzminov knew the fate of his colleagues. Moreover, it is possible that he killed them himself in the air. In addition, Kuzminov’s statement that the navigator did not have necessary skills is obvious nonsense, since his position in the Mi-8 crew is a navigator-pilot and, of course, he should have been able to control the aircraft. The lies once again confirmed that the whole story promoted by the Kiev regime was fake.
Ukrainian official sources victoriously shared the footage from the spot. It once again confirmed that the Russian servicemen attempted to resist. The cabin was torn, there is blood, holes. The AFU fighters warn each other about the fuel flowing from the punctured helicopter, which indicates that there was a fire impact. There was fire from the inside or the outside of the cabin. Ukrainian sources later tried to blur the videos but it did not help them to hide the truth.

Most likely, Kuzminov and the Ukrainian intelligence were sure that the Russian pilots would agree to cooperate with Kiev after their helicopter landed in Ukraine but the Russian servicemen refused to betray their country and resisted. As a result, Kiev’s hopes to show three Russian pilots being happy in Ukraine failed and the entire media operation failed.
In his turn, Kuzminov gained his money and several minutes of glory in the MSM. Obviously, he was only necessary for the Ukrainian propaganda and after his story failed he is no more needed for Kiev.

wagner were the only group with a halfway responsible leadership. but because they were successful and their boss mentioned the poor state of the russian supply-lines and the desasterous behaviour of the russian military leadership – the real traitor resp. mr. putin ordered prigozhin to be assassinated. that’s the truth !!!
