At least 17 people have been killed and dozens inrjured in a bomb attack in Baghdad’s Shia district of Kadhimiyah.
Iraqi officials say that a bomber detonated his explosives near a security checkpoint at an enntrance of Kadhimiyah on Sunday morning. As result 17 people, mostly civilians, were killed and over 20 others were injured.
The ISIS terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Some sources argue that the deathtoll is over 20.
