A homemade explosive device detonated near a military convoy in the country’s southeastern province of Diyarbakir with reports of casualties.

Haberturk news portal reported Thursday citing military sources that a homemade explosive device detonated near a military convoy in the country’s southeastern province of Diyarbakir with reports of casualties.
No group has claimed responsibility for the blast so far.
Yesterday, a big explosion took place at a military housing complex near the Turkish parliament building in Ankara. At least 28 people were killed and over 60 were injured.
Following the incident Turkish president cancelled his Azarbaijan visit and Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu cancelled his visit to Brussels in the wake of the attack.
“In light of information we have obtained, it has been clearly identified that this attack was carried out by the members of a terrorist organization inside Turkey, together with a YPG member individual who had crossed from Syria,” Reuters cites Ahmet Davutoglu’s live speech.
