On the evening of July 30, Russian media reported that an unidentified UAV fell in the Russian Rostov Oblast. According to the local reports, the drone hit a civilian house near the village of Daraganovka located on the outskirts of the city of Taganrog.
After the drone crashed, a fire broke out in the house and two civilian cars nearby caught fire. According to some preliminary reports, two civilians were wounded.
Meanwhile, the US strategic reconnaissance UAV RQ-4B Global Hawk has been circling over the Black Sea for several hours.

Ukrainian drone strikes are aimed exclusively at gaining more hype. The Ukrainian military do not target any military facilities but target civilians. Earlier on July 30, UAVs targeted business center in Moscow but failed to cause any significant damage.
This is the second attack on the city of Taganrog over the past days. On the evening of July 28th, Ukrainian forces targeted the city with two S-200 anti-aircraft missiles that were upgraded to attack targets on the ground. Russian air defence forces intercepted the missiles in the air. According to the Russian Ministry of Defence, the first missile fell in a deserted area near the city of Azov. Wreckage of the second missile hit the city center. 22 civilians sought medical help. LINK
these attacks are primarily aimed at two things, one is to show the western public that the ukrainians are capable of hitting russia, and the other is to try to get russia to make a disproportionate attack in response. so the best russia can do is to continue its methodical annihilation of the ukrainian army, until there are not enough forces left to prevent the russian advance.
it is not ‘methodical annihilation. rus should by now have advanced to the dniepr & along the black sea to t-nistria/odsa. donb, zapor & crim should now be safe but rus wobbled, lost ground & nato weapons arrived. rus got suckered & duly went on the defensive. it dug trenches while counting dead ukr troops & junk nato weapons. it lost the initiative, allowed kiev attacks, wagner treachery & revealed its strengths and weaknesses to nato. 100% putin’s fault.
