The Russian command claims that assault groups have entered Dibrova in the Krasny Liman sector. Russian assault units have seized control of the eastern outskirts of Siversk and advanced to the city center. Ukrainian forces have abandoned Shakhove in the Druzhkivka sector. Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico has called on the European Union to stop providing aid to Ukraine.
Zaporizhzhia Sector
Russian units of the «West» Group of Forces repelled more Ukrainian counterattacks, all while advancing. The main effort is concentrated on reaching the Haichur River line and initiating combat for the city of Huliaipole. On the northern flank of the sector, there have been attempts to contain the advance of Russian units beyond the Vovcha River toward Pokrovske and the Haichur River toward Zaporizhzhia. The presence of a previously prepared defensive line along the left bank of the Haichur River is a significant factor, and it is being urgently manned to prevent a breakthrough.
In the southwest area of Tykhyi, an Ukrainian strongpoint was captured following a battle close to Kolomiytsi. Further southwest, along the Novooleksandrivka–Haichur–Oradne line, fighting continues, with counterattacks being repelled and a gradual advance toward Andriivka and Ostapivske being recorded.
In the Zaporizhzhia regione, units advanced in the Serednia and Hlyniana ravine areas. Attacks from the north and east on Dobropillia led to consolidation in its northern and eastern parts. In the direction of Varvarka, assault groups are engaged in combat near the Dobrovolne railway siding. They have occupied the Hrusheve tract area and approached the southern outskirts of Varvarka. In Huliaipole, combat is concentrated around farms on the northeastern outskirts. According to some reports, units have consolidated their positions on the southeastern outskirts of the city, near Velyka and Ukrainska Streets.
Siversk Sector
Russian assault groups have captured the eastern outskirts of Siversk, including the areas around the Hospitalna and Zviozdnaya streets, and are advancing toward the city center. There are fierce clashes in the northeastern part of the city, near the city hospital and the adjacent industrial zone. There are also fierce clashes in the southern part of the city, near the railway infrastructure. South of the city, units are advancing towards Sviato-Pokrovske and areas further south.
Fighting for the dominant heights south of Zakotne and west of Siversk is key to this sector. Units that previously captured the Bila Hora area east of Siversk have been tasked with securing these elevated positions. Reaching these heights would enable an advance into the rear of the positions covering Siversk from the west, creating conditions for its operational encirclement. This explains the exceptionally fierce nature of the fighting in this area. Near Platonivka, advances have been noted on both sides of the Siverskyi Donets River toward Zakotne. Fighting is ongoing east of the road leading from this settlement.

Krasny Liman Sector
Intense fighting resulted in the capture of a second strongpoint beyond the highway, south of the sand quarry. This was followed by a breakthrough to the outskirts of Dibrova. The Russian command claims that assault groups have entered Dibrova.
Advancing further from the Dibrova area through the forested areas towards Staryi Karavan creates a real threat of cutting the direct road from Krasny Liman to Sloviansk. This road is one of the key operational objectives in this sector. To the east, Russian units advanced toward the road between Ozerne and Dibrova and reached the strong points covering its approaches. Control of this road is critical because it was previously used to supply the forces in the area of the crossroads south of Yampil and in Yampil itself.
Near Yampil, Russian forces pinned down several Ukrainian groups on the shores of Tserkovne and Soloviove lakes in the central part of the settlement. North of Zakotne, beyond the Siverskyi Donets River, Ukrainian Forces remain present, though the territory they control has narrowed to approximately three kilometers. Supply for this grouping is carried out via a road near the destroyed bridge west of Zakotne. Physical control of this artery is less than 500 meters away; however, the advance is hampered by Ukrainian positions on the dominant heights on the right bank of the river. Fierce fighting continues for the strongpoints near the crossroads south of Yampil, where counterattacks are launched from Ozerne.
Kharkiv Sector
In the Vovchansk area, Russian units of the «North» group of forces continue to conduct mop-up operations in the city. They have established control over the northern part of Lyman and are advancing southward. Fighting for control of Vilcha’s center continues. High-intensity engagements are noted in the Prylypka area. Reports are coming in of advances in several sections of the residential sector of Vovchansk. Combat operations are gradually shifting to adjacent forested areas and settlements.
Druzhkivka Sector
In the Druzhkivka sector, units of the «Center» group of forces continue to conduct both offensive and defensive operations. As a result of the fighting, Ukrainian forces withdrew from Shakhove, as well as from a major stronghold on the heights at its northwestern outskirts. To the north, Ukrainian forces entered Artemivka from the south, Oktyabrske, and the east. They have also advanced into the area east of Novoye Shakhove and southeast of Vilne. Fighting continues in the Sukhetske and Suvorove area. Russian units have once again taken control of the settlement of Dorozhne. Reports are coming in about operations in Bilytske. In Rodinske, infiltrated groups were blocked on the western outskirts of the settlement. Operations to eliminate them are underway.
Efforts are underway to secure the road between Hirshyne and Rodinske, which connects to the road from Pokrovsk north of Khutir Zaporizkyi. Units hold the northern buildings on the farms near this road, while Ukrainian strongpoints remain south of it. In the northwest of Pokrovsk, the defense was breached in Hirshyne in the western part of the Azov Pond on the Hirshynka River. Forces are consolidating on the eastern outskirts and have captured Provulok Litnii and Vulytsia Tolbukhina.
Sumy Sector
In the Sumy sector, the air force continues to attack identified concentrations of personnel and equipment along the entire front. Assault groups are advancing, but are facing fierce resistance. Advances have been reported along tree lines in four areas. In the Sladky area, units of the 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade and the 129th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade were forced to withdraw to pre-prepared positions under air and artillery strikes. In the Oleksandrivka and Andriivka areas, the movement of combat groups from Ukrainians the 71st Separate Airborne Brigade and the 225th Separate Assault Brigade was disrupted by complex fire damage.
Conclusion
As of November 27, the operational situation on the main axes is characterized by continued active offensive actions. In the Zaporizhzhia sector, key results included expanding control near Huliaipole and in its eastern suburbs, establishing control over part of Dobropillia, and creating prerequisites for the operation to envelop the city. In the Dnipropetrovsk sector, the offensive in the Novopavlivka area has advanced to the Solena River, expanding control over its western bank and indirectly pressuring the flank of the grouping in the Pokrovsk sector.
In the Siversk sector, the struggle for the dominant heights south of Zakotne and west of the city has become a key factor. The outcome will determine the possibility of an operational encirclement of Siversk. In the Sloviansk sector, advancing to Dibrova and threatening the main communication line from Krasny Liman to Sloviansk is the most significant operational success and could potentially destabilize the entire defense in this area. On the Kharkiv and Druzhkivka axes, gradual advances and the clearing of settlements are occurring, accompanied by fierce counterattacks. In the Sumy sector, combining firepower with the methodical advance of assault groups continues to yield tactical successes and create tension along the entire front line.
As developments on the battlefield intensify, so too does diplomatic activity and a reassessment of approaches among Ukraine’s international partners. Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico called on the European Union to stop providing aid to Ukraine, stating that Ukraine is losing the war and lacks the means to continue fighting. He noted that a number of European countries are losing trust in Kyiv amid corruption scandals. The push to seize frozen Russian assets, he said, demonstrates Europeans’ reluctance to invest their own funds. Fico expressed confidence that Russia will emerge from the conflict as the “absolute winner” and that European allies will not obstruct peace negotiations. These statements reflect growing disagreements within the EU and correlate with the overall operational situation, which is characterized by the steady advance of Russian units on key axes.
