On November 20, the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) released a statement claiming that YPG cells had attacked a HQ of the Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army Police in the city of Afrin. According to the statement, 3 servicemen were killed and 6 others were wounded.
On November 21, the Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) continued their limited security operation against their own proxies in the area of Afrin. According to reports, the TAF even expanded the area of the operation to the towns of Jarabulus, Al-Bab and Azaz in northern Aleppo.
On November 20, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) foiled an attack of the Ajnad al-Kavkaz terrorist group in the area of al-Khwain and al-Zarzur.
