Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Trump spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway confirmed the show’s earlier report that the incoming Trump administration will not pursue charges against his general election opponent Hillary Clinton for her use of an unauthorized email server while secretary of state and on any of the alleged wrongdoing involving her and her family’s charitable organization the Clinton Foundation.
According to Conway, Clinton still faces a challenge in rebuilding her own image and suggested this was part of Trump helping the former first lady “heal.”
“I think when the President-elect, who’s also the head of your party, tells you before he’s even inaugurated that he doesn’t wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message, tone, and content to the members,” Conway said. “And I think Hillary Clinton still has to face the fact that the majority of Americans don’t find her to be honest and trustworthy. But if Donald Trump can help her heal, then perhaps that is a good thing. Look, I think he’s thinking of many different things as he is preparing to become president of the United States, and things that sound like the campaign aren’t among them.”
This is disappointing but it was limited to the emails. I am still looking for the FBI to take apart the related paedophile ring that was partially exposed by the Podesta emails.
Just wait till he is in office. MSNBC is known for fake new. Maybe the try to push Trump into it,

Mate you need to be a bit more pragmatic. It’s too early to get over the top. Rome was not built in one day. Justice is slow but nobody has ever been able to escape from it.
That’s true. Apparently the FBI have been investigating the Clinton Foundation for a while. Doubt if they have scratched the surface. Makes a Mob operation look small. As for weiner laptop and 660,000 emails that would take months to go through.
This is a tactical move. You need to remember that Hilary has won majority of votes and Trump doesn’t want to exacerbate already difficult situation in the major cities of US. He want’s to calm down current protests and create an atmosphere which is conducive to normal functioning of his newly appointed cabinet. Once the things are back to normal he can decide what to do with Hilary’s trial. By the way she didn’t say he would never do it, did she? There was no time qualifier in her statement.

He has tweeted that his administration is still open to investigating. Who knows what he thinks at this point in time.
Trump, as President, cannot prosecute Hillary. That decision lies with Senator Sessions, who will be the next Attorney General.
