Last night, a car bomb explosion hit a convoy of Turkish-led forces near the Turkish-occupied town of Jarabulus in the northern part of Syria’s Aleppo province. According to reports, the convoy was heading towards the Turksih military garrison in al-Baldaq west of the town.
Syria’s state-run news agency SANA claimed that “5 Turkish soldiers were killed and 12 others were injured”. However, the real number of casualties among the Turkish Army personnel remains unclear. A large part of the killed and injured persons may have been from Turkish-backed militant groups.
Another small victory for the Kurds with no losses or consequences for themselves, perfect.
