At least 27 ISIS terrorists were killed and 41 others were wounded in central Syria over the last 30 days as a result of Russian airstrikes, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported on May 30.
According to the London-based monitoring group, warplanes of the Russian Aerospace Forces carried out more than 1,050 airstrikes on ISIS hideouts in the central region during in the last 30 days.
“Most [of the terrorists] were killed in al-Raqqa desert, Deir Ezzor, Homs and Aleppo-Hama-al-Raqqa triangle,” the SOHR’s report reads.
Earlier this week, Russian warplanes carried out more than 70 airstrikes on ISIS cells in central Syria. The terrorists carried out a series of attacks on government forces as well as civilians last week.
ISIS terrorists are mainly present in the Homs desert, which lays between eastern Homs and western Deir Ezzor. Syrian government sources claim that the terrorists received supplies from US-backed fighters based in the southeastern area of al-Tanf, where the US-led coalition maintains a base.
Russia’s support has been critical for Syrian government forces fighting against the terrorist group in the country’s central region.
+ – 60 killed or injured in a months bombing is nothing, it should be 600.
no, there arent much of them left anyways. and the strikes mostly target infrastructure and equipement
Why u think it’s just 27 even in a single raid more than 27 kia so in a month more than a whole company of terrorists are dead sohr is a pro wahhabi outlet
There are far more western funded terrorists than the Russians have bombs. This is not the way to defeat the beast.
BS.
Condolences to the fallen wahabimossad and CIAisis operators. May they rest in pieces…
