On April 10, warplanes of the Russian Aerospace Forces carried out at least ten airstrikes on ISIS’s areas of influence in Syria’s central region.
According to London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), the airstrikes targeted hideouts of the terrorist group’s cells near the town of al-Sukhnah in the eastern Homs countryside and in the outskirts of the town of al-Resafa in the southern countryside of Raqqa.
The Russian airstrikes came following a large attack by ISIS cells on the T4 Pumping Station in the eastern Homs countryside. Syrian pro-government forces repelled the attack without sustaining any losses.
Pro-government forces are currently working to strengthen their presence in the eastern Homs countryside. On April 10, the Palestinian al-Quds Brigade deployed fresh reinforcements, including hundreds of fighters, in the area.

As a result of recent combing operations by pro-government forces and intense Russian airstrikes, ISIS cells in central Syria halted much of their operations.
According to the SOHR, more than 182 Russian airstrikes have targeted the central region since the start of April. The exact results of these airstrikes remains unknown.
Despite all of these measures the terrorist group’s insurgency in the central region will not likely end any time soon. The group’s cells in the region appear to be receiving support. The Syrian state media alleges that US-backed fighters based in the southeastern area of al-Tanf have been providing the terrorists with supplies.
As long as al tanf continues to exist, i think daeshbags will still carry out attacks here and there. It has to be surrounded at the very least. If SAA took it out they would be fully justified. US has no legal basis having bases in their country
idk why syria wont strike the hell out of that place already
