The footage shows the actions of the Russian Armed Forces soldiers during an assault on AFU positions.
A Russian soldier comes to the rear of an AFU firing point and throws a hand grenade towards an enemy trench.
He then shouts for the two survivors to throw down their weapons and surrender. The Ukrainian soldiers were apparently confused or did not realize what was going on being stunned by the fighting.
In the video can be heard that one of the Ukrainian soldiers shouting “Our own, our own!” The Russian soldier continues to demand that the enemy drop their weapons during the 18 seconds of combat. He fired a warning shot over the enemy’s heads and even tried to snatch the assault rifle from the hands of the AFU soldier.
This has no effect. When a second AFU soldier tried to reach with his hands for a Russian soldier’s assault rifle, the Russian soldier fired a round at the enemy. Then he rolled out of the trench and continued the fight.
Juan Sinmiedo described the situation emotionally and rightly in his Telegram channel:
I do really somehow feel sorry for those two Ukrainian guys killed in the video this morning, they are obviously sent to die as cannon fodder, in the video they were down in the trench, didn’t know what happened, didn’t understand how someone at their backs would not be one of them, probably their “colleagues” on their flank or the rear ran for their lives long ago.
They died for Zelensky and for the Western hegemony, the young Russian soldier risked his own life, in the middle of a blood bath, to give them a chance to lay down arms, he exposes himself, selfeslesly, it’s clear he didn’t want to kill those men unnecessarily, I’m sure moments like this will hunt him for the rest of his life, but this moments are the ones that mark the difference between remaining human in hell or becoming the same as the Ukrainians who torture and murder POWs.

UPDATES. The fighting took place near the town of Svatovo. Russian units surrounded the enemy’s positions and offered to surrender, then stormed them. Fifteen soldiers from the 1st company of 518th SOF (Special Operations Forces) battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not surrender. Most of them died. For their part, the Russians had one soldier wounded.

This vidoe really shows the hell and problems at the battlefield. First the intensity of the fighting then the Ukrine fighters taken by surprise. Now this situation is terrible i think the Ukraine fighters didn’t know how to react to the situation, i actually think they might have surrendered, one even raised his hands that could indicate a will to surender. But the thing is that there is no time and the assulting soldier can take no chanses so the ukrainian fighters were killed. One can sit safe behind a keyboard and debate if it was right to shoot or not, but with the heat of the moment and full with adrenaline and stressed one need to make quick decisions to stay alive.

The bravery and resilience of the Russian soldier in this clip is astounding. This guy is in the middle of a firefight and yet he managed to trigger control and calmly trying to disarmed the dudes with machine guns. Russian soldiers are extremely professional and logical in faces of war, I cant think of a single NAFO soldier is able to do this sort of thing in the middle of a fierce battle. In fact many cases we seen US Marines and soldiers break down, cry and committing war crimes during stressful situation.
