On July 13th, heavy shelling by the Armed Forces of Urkaine on civilians in the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics did not stop.
On the night of July 13, the city of Lugansk was shelled by the Ukrainian Tochka-U missiles.
As a result of the night attack, an air defense base near Lugansk was reportedly destroyed. The reserve air defence means are currently protecting the city.
At least two missiles fire fired on the city by th Ukrainian military.
According to the LPR representative office in the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination, both missiles were intercepted over Luhansk. The first downed missile, presumably a training one, fell in the suburbs of Lugansk. The second missile with a high-explosive warhead detonated during the fall. As a result, 10 single-storey residential buildings, a car and a power line were damaged. There were no casualties among civilians.

The AFU continue to terrorize the civilian population of the LPR, shelling civilian infrastructure facilities that do not pose any threat to the Ukrainian military.
Over the past day, the armed formations of Ukraine have fired at the cities of Stakhanov and Lugansk with the use of American MLRS M142 HIMARS. At least 15 missiles were fired.
In Stakhanov, two civilians were killed and two others were injured as a result of the shelling. 11 multi-storey residential buildings, the kindergarten “Fairy Tale” and the Stakhanov specialized school No. 10 were damaged.
In the Donetsk People’s Republic, the city of Donetsk and settlement nearby are heavily shelled by Ukrainian artillery. 12 setlements of the DPR are currently under fire.
On July 13, 3 people were already killed and 12 more civilians were injured as a result of the AFU attacks on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
2 civilians were killed and 1 injured in the Kirovsky district of Donetsk.

In response to the heavy shelling, Russian forces pound the AFU military positions in different regions. The missile strikes were reported even in the Kiev region.

Explosion was reported in Zaporozhye. According to preliminary reports, the an unidentified facility in the right-bank part of the city was hit. Shortly before the strike, Ukrainian media reported the launch of cruise missiles from the Black Sea.

The terrorist warfare of the Ukrainian military is aimed at threatening civilians and the destruction of any infrastructure located in the areas that are not under control of the Kiev regime. After Kiev forces got the military equipment from their Western partners, they claimed the increase in the accuracy of the Ukrainian strikes. So far, the number of civilians killed by Ukrainian forces in a day has increased.
IMO is more effective to destroy the western weapons as soon as they cross the polish border. Not when they are already in Donbass. This could save a lot of civilian lives in Lugansk.
You honestly think the Russian government genuinely cares for the lives of innocents? Wrong, if anything, it plays into their narrative of villifying the Ukrainian army, plus, Nato weapons are good for both depleting, research and training purposes, so that in an all out conventional war against Nato, Russia will know what to expect. Is it better for Russia if the Clown and the AFU keep targeting civilians than battlefield troops? From a military standpoint, probably yes.
Ukraine is losing at least 10 brigades a month total. These losses are accelerating. Putin is building its military strength since this operation began by over 10 brigades a month in Ukraine. This buildup is accelerating.
At the rate Russian troop strength is increasing in Ukraine, there might be 200 brigades in Ukraine in a couple more months. Maybe more. Of course, by that time, the AFU will be so weak that it couldn’t defend a toilet.
The strategic planning of the Russians and Asia in general were far more effective in this conflict than the arrogance and wishful thinking of the West. I don’t see any way the west can put a positive spin on this mess. Except claiming Ukraine has built a million man army that will be in Moscow by New year.

It seems to me that whenever things start to go bad for the ukrops on the battlefields, which it now has been doing for quite some time, they revert back to their original programming — to start killing and maiming the civilians.
