Reports indicate the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have seized about 65% of the strategic city of Manbij that had been controlled by the ISIS terrorist group.
Now, clashes are ongoing in the northwestern urban areas of the city and the US-led coalition has continued to conduct air strikes in order to support the advance of SDF units.
Pro-Kurdish sources also argue that some number of refugees were able to exit the ISIS-controlled areas and enter the SDF lines.
