Houthi snipers killed 25 Saudi-backed fighters in a series of new operations over the last few days, the al-Masirah TV announced on July 16.
The Yemeni channel released a short video showing some of the operations, which took place in the Yemeni provinces of Jawf, Hajjah, Taiz and Sanaa as well as in the southern Saudi province of Jizan and Najran.
Houthi snipers are usually armed with a variety of locally modified heavy sniper rifles and Western-made sniper rifles, which were captured from the Saudi military.
The Yemeni group’s snipers stepped up their operations in northern Yemen and along the border with Saudi Arabia in the last few months. Saudi-led coalition forces suffered from heavy losses, as a result.
Obscenely good.
