On June 14, the Houthis raided several positions of Saudi forces in the area of al-Azhur near the al-Qais Mount in the Kingdom’s southern province of Jizan.
The Yemeni group’s media wing released a 2-minute video of the raid. The video shows Houthi fighters targeting Saudi military fortifications with heavy machine guns, recoilless rifles and anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs).
Houthi fighters stormed al-Azhur’s positions despite a series of intense airstrikes by Saudi-led coalition warplanes. The airstrikes were largely ineffective.
The Houthis stepped up their offensive operations along Saudi Arabia’s border in the recent few days. The group also resumed drone and missile attacks on the Kingdom.
The Saudi-led coalition’s continued airstrikes and attacks could soon lead to the full collapse of the fragile ceasefire in Yemen. The Houthis’ recent attacks indicate that they will not shy away from a new confrontation.
If KSA buys another $300 billion worth of weapons, the chances to win this war would grow significantly, maybe even 10 times, now are at 1%.
The wahhabis the alsauds and cowards like them are the biggest disgrace to military
Well, apparently and according to Uprising Today, Turkey could be starting to help the Islah party in Ma’arib with direct help disguised as humanitarian aid. This as a way to bypass Aden, since Saudis (!) are denying turks the permit to land. So it seems a free for all with Turkey, UAE and KSA all playing for it’s own.
If this is the case it would be critical now for the Houthis to march into Ma’arib soon
Still the alsauds will lose
I don’t know many things so possibly I don’t have the full picture on what is going on, but based on my understanding, I think the saudis are losing a lot with this move
They already fighting a lost battle
This is what should happen to all those illegal US bases in Syria, those peasants know how to get the job done.
