On December 24, the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) released a fresh propaganda video showing the group’s efforts against ISIS in the town of Hajin in the Syrian province of Deir Ezzor. The video shows the YPG’s “deep” involvement in anti-ISIS efforts of the US-led coalition and is obviously aimed at showing the importance of the group in this field.
The YPG is a core of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces. The withdrawal of US troops from Syria will be a major blow to the Kurdish-dominated group because it makes it vulnerable for Turkish attacks in northern Syria.
“COMBAT FOOTAGE: YPG MEMBERS CLASH WITH ISIS IN SYRIA’S HAJIN AREA”
Female blonde fighter who speaks fluent english: check No ISIS soldiers captured (dead or alive): check No civillians to ask any questions: check No sign of ISIS what so ever, only bullet sounds and a flag: check
This is how all wars are fought right? Women at the forefront, no signs of civilians or enemies anywhere. This doesnt seem fishy at all. If only Hollywood were here and could tell me what to think.
Very fishy indeed, since it’s nearly all Arab, Christian and Turkmen SDF fighting at Hajin now.
If Russia or Syria army WILL TAKE OVER… ISIS WILL CRY FOR HELP…
YPG,, US,, ISRAEL will never divide Syria,… if Russia military or Iran or Syrian military will be in that part of the country involved fighting ISIS the war will be from long over
The only other democracy in ME the Kurds are fighting terrorists with the US/Nato Inherent Resolve Freedom Coalition in the war against terror to protect the free civilised world.
Dear Tommy, I had hoped Santa Klaus had found your chimney and dropped a sackload of soot down the hole for you to play with. Apparently, he missed or couldn’t find your stack or ….. most likely of all, rather than dropping soot down your chimney, he dropped sack-loads of shxt ‘cos you continue to write in this way. Happy New Year to you.
