On the Pokrovsk sector, Russian units are concluding operations in Myrnohrad, with assault groups arriving from the north and east. Pokrovsk Sector
On the Pokrovsk sector, Russian forces continue to engage in heavy combat with Ukrainian forces in the Hrishyne area. Meanwhile, final operations to establish control over Myrnohrad are underway. Ukrainian counterattacks using armored vehicles are being attempted in the area of the northern outskirts to contain the advance.
One such attempt was repelled on the northwestern outskirts of Hrishyne, near the Rodynske road, where tanks and motorized equipment were used. Attempts to break through to the Ukrainian garrison blockaded in Myrnohrad have been unsuccessful.
In the Myrnohrad area, Russian units have taken control of most of Svitloe. Defending formations are attempting to hold a corridor between the northeastern outskirts of Svitloe and the northwestern outskirts of Myrnohrad. In Myrnohrad itself, the Ukrainian grouping was split northwest of the 40th quarter. Throughout the day, units encircled west of the «Molodizhnyi» and «Svitlyi» microdistricts were eliminated. Control over the areas of high-rise development has been secured by Russian units.
The main clashes in the city have shifted to the central part, where Russian assault groups arrived from the north and east. There is ongoing fighting on the approaches to the city council building, the city ponds, and in the area of the railway and the «Tsentralna» mine. Fighting is also capturing southwest of the cemetery of the same mine and in the western part of the city, where units advancing from the western entrance and the 40th quarter are moving toward each other.

Zaporizhzhia Sector
Active offensive operations have resumed on the Zaporizhzhia sector after an operational pause. Russian units broke through the Ukrainian defensive formations east of the Haichur River and gained full control of Varvarivka in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Additional forces were transferred to secure this area, but the situation could not be stabilized. Russian drone operators cut off supply lines to the AFU infantry units. These units were subsequently eliminated by assault groups. Several strongpoints south of Varvarivka were also captured by Russian troops.
Currently, combat operations are shifting towards the neighboring settlement of Yelenokonstantynivka. For the Russian forces, the main objective is to establish a bridgehead on the right bank of the Haichur River. Successfully completing this task will create conditions for driving a wedge into the Ukrainian defensive line along the river, opening opportunities for a further advance westward and bypassing the fortified area of Huliaipole.
In Huliaipole itself, the Ukrainian command previously reinforced groupings and organized a new defense line along the water obstacle, temporarily slowing the russian advance. However, a potential Russian breakthrough north of the city could change the operational situation by forcing a redistribution of limited reserves along the entire line of contact. In Zaporizhzhia, the approach of the front line is noted, the consequences of airstrikes are observed, and logistical complications are emerging.
Sumy Sector
On the Sumy sector, Russian assault units are applying steady pressure to Ukrainian defensive formations. Russian aviation, heavy rocket artillery, and flamethrower systems have struck the positions of the Ukrainian 71st and 80th brigades in the Kondrativka and Sadky areas. The Ukrainian forces have exhausted their offensive capabilities and are now focused on defense, accumulating reserves.
Russian assault groups advanced seven sectors of the front, moving 550 meters along tree lines. The situation in the Andriivka area is notable, as units of the Ukrainian 158th Brigade sustained fire damage, suffered serious losses, and lost the ability to act in an organized manner. Consequently, Russian marine units entered and consolidated positions in Andriivka.
Russian aviation and heavy rocket artillery destroyed positions in the Ryzhevka area.
Kharkiv Sector
Fierce fighting continues in and around Vovchansk, in the settlements and forested areas on the Kharkiv sector. Russian forces have made an advance in the Khatnie sector of the front. The intensity of strikes by aviation, heavy flamethrower systems, and artillery is increasing. The defending side is attempting to hold captured positions at any cost.
In the forest west of Liman, Russian reconnaissance and assault groups captured two positions and a large arsenal of weapons and ammunition, extending their advance by 200 meters. In Vovchanski Khutora, Russian assault groups advanced 200 meters and captured four residential properties, consolidating on new lines. On the Melovoye-Khatnieye front, Russian units advanced significantly on three sections after overcoming resistance; the total advance reached 600 meters.
In an attempt to stop the Russian advance, the Ukrainian command is undertaking the chaotic transfer of its units from various brigades and regiments to different sectors of the front in order to form composite combat groups. However, due to a lack of coordination, these improvised Ukrainian detachments are suffering heavy losses, which is further worsening the situation in the region.
Siversk Sector
On the Siversk sector, the Russian offensive is developing along three main axes, building on their established control over the city of Siversk. The most intense fighting is ongoing in the Zakotne and Ilyichivka areas. Russian forces have also made gains in the Sviato-Pokrovske area.
In Siversk itself, Russian units are advancing from the city’s outskirts west toward the chalk quarry. In the southern sector, Russian advances on Sviato-Pokrovske are underway; over 500 meters of territory have been cleared. The advancing units have consolidated on new positions, and Ukrainian resistance is being concentrated. Additionally, attacks are being conducted from the Vasiukivka by Russian forces.
Conclusion

In the Sumy sector, their methodical advancement along tree lines and targeted strikes on command posts (e.g., Andriivka and Bilopillia) are undermining the stability of the Ukrainian defense. A common issue for Ukrainian units on these fronts is poor command, the forced formation of non-combat-ready composite groups, and the depletion of offensive capabilities.
Thus, the overall situation indicates Russia’s transition of the strategic initiative into an active phase of implementation on several operational levels simultaneously, ranging from tactical urban clearing in Myrnohrad to creating conditions for large-scale operational breakthroughs in the Zaporizhzhia area and the methodical destruction of deeply echeloned defenses in the Siversk area.
