As a result of the recent strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the town of Navaya Kakhovka in the Kherson region, the industrial area of HimPromAgrostroy was destroyed. Warehouses with chemical products and residential buildings of the village of Energetic were blown up.
So far, the deaths of 7 people were confirmed. More than 80 others were injured, including at least 15 children.
As a result of the AFU attack on the residential and industrial area, more than 1,800 employees of industrial and commercial institutions lost their jobs, residential houses of 37 families were destroyed.
The head of the Novokakhovskaya administration, Vladimir Leontiev, stressed that the blow was inflicted on the civilian infrastructure. Local residents report that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation loaded saltpeter for three days into the workshops of the local plant of hydraulic metal structures “Ukrhydromeh”, preparing to help farmers with sowing.
At the same time, the AFU claimed that they fired at an ammunition depot.

The Ukrainian military reportedly used HIMARS supplied by the US.
Several GMLRS projectiles were shot down by the Russian Pantsir S1 air defense systems. GMLRS are used in multiple launch rocket systems M270 MLRS and M142 HIMARS.

The Russian military failed to save the town from the attack. The civilian population in the southern district of Kherson is suffering from Ukrainian shelling on a regular basis, including in the town of Novaya Kakhovka. Most of the Ukrainian missiles are intercepted by Russian air defense systems. However, modern military equipment provided to the Kiev regime by its Western partners increases the number of victims, including among the civilian population.

I’m pretty sure that Russian planners didn’t consider protecting every farm supply store in Ukraine from missile attack so this one got away from them. I’m pretty sure NATO doctrine doesn’t call for protecting farm supplies from attack either so it could have happened to anyone.

the old soviet bloc countries are hooked on fast acting fertilizers as they have a shorter growing season and there is a lot of irrigation in that area.. <Syria has had a nitrate problem also.. the solution is to keep the fertilizer in solution or in an agitated suspension, but that doesn't work so well in the winter..

The decision makers are not in Kiev, they’re in Poland. However I have to agree with you regarding attacking Kiev. The best way to cause maximum damage to the Zelensky regime without killing civilians is to completely black out Kiev by cutting off electricity and internet to Kiev. This will send the citizens of Kiev into maximum discomfort and a type of frenzy which will hopefully expedite Kiev’s surrrender and complete capitulation. There has to be a very good reason why Putin has not yet given the green light to black out Kiev that we are unaware of at the moment.
I’m surprised he hasn’t done that yet. That was one of the first things NATO did to Belgrade, although they had it fixed within a day as I remember. Maybe he’s saving it for winter if this drags on.

The Russians can’t find the HIMARS and 2 days after the attack they “allege” they shot some of the missiles down. They either need to kick this offensive into high gear or dig very deep bunkers to hide in.
This was a big attack by Ukraine. Obviously it will have zero impact on the outcome of the war, however this must not go unpunished. Russia has been careful not to destroy any infrastructure in the liberated areas of Ukraine. Kiev must be targeted hard now. It is time to cut off internet to Kiev and electricity.
Of course it’ll go unpunished, they didn’t even avenge the sinking of the Moskva.
They can’t cut electricity to Kiev because they blew up an enterprise (even though there are 100 dead and wounded) because it’ll look disproportionate. But they can show to the world media what Ukraine did and keep playing it for 3 days straight, along with interviews with the wounded, mourners crying and cursing Zelensky, etc. It’s not difficult to do that, honestly! The control centers in Ukraine and outside Ukraine need to be located and identified for future reference. Because at some point this conflict will spill over and outside of Ukraine. Germany and Poland are the main transit hubs for these weapons arriving in Ukraine. Look to the sea lanes at kaliningrad and the black sea. There is much that can be done to cause havoc for nato in those areas. The nato military ground troops are Not up to the job .they are Not capable of fighting a major conflict with a large modern army in Europe. Drawn into a war with Russia on the Eastern front especially during harsh winter conditions and without the modern comforts the Western military are used too. The losses alone for them would be colossal. Stay focused as always . And find this ordnance destroy it as soon as it arrives in Ukraine
