As Western propaganda is crying foul about some ‘Russian, Chinese and Iranian disinformation’ about the COVID-19 crisis in Europe and the United States, Italian crematoriums are running out of space.
On March 20, Italy marked the deadliest day yet for any country in the COVID-19 pandemic reporting 627 fatalities in a single day. The outbreak pushed Italy’s hospitals to their breaking point demonstrating that the EU health care system is in a deep crisis. The lack of propper anti-epidemic measures and the health care security that caused the highest death toll around the world also put mortuaries and crematoria in a complicated situation. They have also been overwhelmed by the sheer number of patients killed by the disease, forcing some to consider halting the intake of new bodies to make room.

The Italian government has already started employing miltiary forces to enforce lockdown around the country. Similar measures are employed across most of the European Union and the United States.
Meanwhile, some 2,600 U.S. European Command (EUCOM) troops and personnel were isolated on after at least 35 of them tested positive for COVID-19. The development happend on March 20.
“These individuals are not necessarily sick, but may have been exposed and are doing their due diligence following health preventative measures,” the Pentagon said. “That number includes those who may have been tested, but not positive, and those who did indeed test positive, which is 35.”
Taking into account the US and EU problems with effective COVID-19 tests, the real number of infected may be much higher. Earlier, the Defender Europe 2020 military drill was in fact suspended because of the coronavirus outbreak.
The crisis is also developing in the United States, where the Trump administration is undertaking extraordinary measures in an attempt to not repat the Italian scenario.

Europe is now an official hot spot of the COVID-19 outbreak around the world. The crisis goes amid the increasing Western-led propaganda campaign blaming and shaming countries that more successfilly opposing the pandemic – mostly China and Russia. However, it seems that soon the Middle Eastern opponents of the global establishment will also be targeted. For me the Dutch RIVM has been lying all the time (no risk that this would go from Wuhan to Europe, not dangerous, no need to close schools, children and family can meet and play, no need to shut down, and so on).

Around 600.000 people die yearly in Italy. That’s 1.600 a day. Adding 4000 more in four weeks shouldn’t be the reason their crematoriums are out of space. Either there are 4000 deaths per day and they are not telling us the whole story or the entire coronavirus panic is a total bullshit!
I understand Italians want their dead body into a grave (christian tradition), not burnt to ashes. In normal times very people would have their body burnt, but now it is different when their body is infected with this super-dangerous virus (exponential growth of deaths if epidemic not stopped).

You’re averaging away the devastating local effect by lumping all of Italy together. Italy’s crematoriums are not running out of space. Bergamo (pop. 120,000) has a single crematorium that has been running 24×7 for a month and the morgues/cemeteries have no more space to store bodies waiting to be cremated (100’s). Bergamo’s main hospital reported 90+ deaths overnight. Funerals were prohibited in the Red Zone lockdown area weeks ago, so the families have to decide on holding the bodies for who knows how many weeks, or immediate (unattended) burial or cremation.
Italy’s overall death rate? Up a fraction of a percent – no big deal, right? Bergamo’s daily number deaths has increased about five or six times ‘normal’, as have the other northern Italian towns in that area.

It’s human nature to say “It’s not really a problem”… until it’s your dad gets triaged out of a ventilator and suffocates slowly on a gurney in the hallway of the local hospital while his lungs fill with fluid.
